Easy in... and sadly easy out. The house is absolutely beautiful! Location to the beach, 5 minute walk, however through some sand dune water, but only up to the knee. The pool although small, was big enough for 10 of us to float and beat the heat. Try the sauna... It's HOT! The open area was open... SO MUCH SPACE... Everywhere to sit, TV's for everyone! The rooms were all spacious, each with their own TV's again! Every room has ceiling fans, which was needed! The kitchen had ample supplies such as silverware, cups and plates. The cooking supply was limited, however good enough! The roof top, with LARGE BBQ, seating around table for at least 10, chaise lounges and of course another TV, was a great addition... Including the views!!! The elevator, yes the elevator, was perfect for bringing in all those groceries and bags. I didn't go in, but everyone else said it was great! The only thing I would ever consider changing... Put a BBQ on the pool level! Great house!

Things you need to know
All bed linens, kitchen towels, and bath towels are provided for your convenience. Beach and pool towels are not provided.
Included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, shampoo & conditioner, paper towels, etc. but please keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.
Instructions for elevator use will be included in your electronic Guest Guide which will be texted to you 14 days prior to arrival.
Please note that the pool/jacuzzi has no fence.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- For the convenience and comfort of all our guests, elevator access is reserved exclusively for those with mobility issues. In order to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of the elevator, an additional $500 security deposit will be charged for its use. This deposit will be promptly refunded at the end of the stay provided that no issues or damages are reported with the elevator.
- Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay.
- Your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed the rental agreement and provided a copy of your valid ID.
- Any guest who confirms a reservation will be responsible for damages in an amount outlined in the rental agreement. An authorization hold will be placed on your credit card. It will be removed once you check-out and if nothing is damaged.
- Local guest reservation requests are subject to further review and questions. Please provide full name, # of guests, and reason for booking.
- Reservations should include the correct number of guests staying. Please ask the host for permission to bring visitors over to the property.
- Isle of Palms Noise Ordinance must be followed. Any violations of the noise ordinance are cause for immediate removal.
- Please be courteous and respectful of the other neighboring residents and guests. Any behavior that results in a complaint by a neighbor, building resident, or HOA is considered a violation of this rule.
- If you have any issues during your stay, please notify us immediately. At check-out please leave the place as you found it upon your arrival. Any costs to repair or replace an item, fixture, or furnishing found damaged after your stay must be compensated by you. All damage and replacement costs include a labor charge.
- Smoking, Vaping, and Parties of any kind are strictly forbidden.
- It is the guests' responsibility to ensure they have all their belongings before checking out. If guests would like an item shipped to them, there is a minimum of $25 shipping and handling fee plus the cost of shipping. We will hold items for 1 week if guests would like to coordinate a pickup of an item.
