The butler’s kitchenette, just off the pool deck, ensures poolside refreshments are always at hand. Each of the eight bedrooms is a private suite, complete with luxurious baths and streaming TVs, ensuring comfort and privacy for every guest. The first-floor king suites, two with rainfall showers and one with a tub, offer a haven of relaxation. On the second floor, you'll find four more exquisite suites, including a room with two queen beds and a sun porch with stunning Atlantic views. The third floor is a kid’s dream, with an entertainment room, built-in twin beds, and a private sun deck overlooking the ocean. Things you need to know
Self check-in
Private pool and hot tub: Ask about pool heating! $200/day; 3 days minimum. Pool and hot tub share the same propane tank, so they cannot be heated simultaneously.
Outdoor TV was removed due to weather.
Elevator requires approval. Starts in the garage and goes to the first and second floor.
Fireplace is unavailable for guest use.
4-seater LSV golf cart (street-legal) is available for rent. ($150/night or $600/week; Request via Email; Waiver and documentation required; subject to availability).
Tennis & Pickleball Access: Pay to play at Isle Of Palms Recreation Center & Wild Dunes Tennis Center (Clinics only for Wild Dunes Courts). Golf Access: Pay to play- Wild Dunes Links and Harbor Course
Other activities on the Isle of Palms include, golfing at Wild Dunes, IOP recreation center (tennis, pickleball, cardio room), kayaking, dolphin watching, crabbing and fishing, walking along the three mile stretch of sandy beach, combing the shoreline for shells and other treasures, or just simply enjoying the island life.
Each bed within the property will be complete with sheets, pillow cases, and a top blanket and/or comforter upon arrival. Each full bathroom is outfitted with 4 large bath towels, 4 wash cloths, 2 hand towels, and a bath mat.
We do provide an initial supply of paper products like toilet paper and paper towels, but these are not replenished during your visit. We also provide a one-day starter kit of coffee and coffee condiment packs.
Kitchen utensils, cookware, silverware, and other standard kitchen items are provided in the property. Any perishable items (including special seasonings and cooking oils) will not be provided. There are grocery and convenience stores within close driving distance, should you need to purchase additional items.
Note: The linens will only be serviced upon departure unless mid-stay cleans are purchased through our office. Bath towels are not permitted to be taken from the rental home so we suggest you bring or rent beach or pool towels.
Mid-Stay Cleanings may be purchased for an additional charge. A Mid-Stay clean includes fresh towels and linens, another toiletry start-up kit, trash take-out, dishwasher loading and a light cleaning/vacuum.

- Mountain access: 4WD vehicle/chains strongly recommended Nov-April due to unpredictable weather
- Air conditioning: Not available at all properties, no refunds or property switches
- Elevator: Not available, remains locked
- Hot tub _(if equipped)_: Rinse before/after use. No lotions, oils, soaps, or additives. Don't tamper with sanitizer dispenser. Keep cover on when not in use (cover damage: $500). Don't unplug. No glassware. Use at own risk
