I have been going on trips with 7 other girlfriends for 15 years and our trip to San Diego was one of the best. The Boathouse exceeded my expectations. There were plenty of bedrooms/beds. It is often difficult to find a rental that can accommodate 8 women comfortably. The house was beautifully decorated and very charming. We decided not to go to dinner 2 nights because the sunset view was AMAZING. We were able to do Pilates on the front lawn. I highly recommend The Boat house! Check in and check out was easy and the communication with the the check staff was great! Thank you!

This home is in a high-density coastal neighborhood. Car and foot traffic may be heard from time to time.
Central A/C is on the 2nd floor only; central heat is on both floors.

Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- No tolerance policy exists for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without a refund.
- Sunset Cliffs is known for its picturesque views, rather than its easy beach access. Beach access involves moderate climbing down trail paths. While surfing is permitted, swimming is prohibited.
- The property may not be used for weddings, receptions, parties, or any other large gatherings.
- No illegal substances are allowed on the premises, including, without limitation, minors possessing alcoholic beverages.
