Pictures do not do this property justice. Open, clean and airy thruout. Very well stocked kitchen and baths. Beds were comfortable. New hot tub on the deck w scenic views. Our family enjoyed our stay so much. The neighborhood offers so much for all ages. This property exceeded our expectations. Will definitely visit again.

Things you need to know
We provide a starter set of toilet tissue, paper towels, bath toiletries, dish soap, and trash bags. This is enough for one or two nights, but if you are staying for an extended length of time, please bring some supplies from home or plan to purchase these items at a grocery store when you arrive.
All linens and towels provided for your stay.
Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You will receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter at an affordable rate per night.
Outdoor cameras are switched off during guests visits. No cameras are inside the home.
Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
The summer concerts are open to all guests however there is an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
There is an amenity fee per night in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.
Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard from 7am-7pm Monday to Saturday.
Please note that the home has internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
Restrictions
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATVs.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment, etc.)
- Please be aware that some properties are not equipped with air conditioning. KEY is not responsible for weather conditions at the time of tenancy, and there will be no refunds or switching of properties due to a lack of air conditioning.
- Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night.
- No refunds will be granted for unsatisfactory housekeeping, but every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate your needs.
- We cannot be responsible for changes made by the Owner to the furnishings or equipment in the units. There will be no refunds due to the property not being decorated or accommodated to Tenant’s individual preference or due to minor discrepancies with the website.
- We do not permit anyone to check in on Christmas Day, Thanksgiving Day, or Easter Sunday under any circumstances.
- Refrain from roasting marshmallows in our gas-log fireplaces.
