25% Refund: Receive a 25% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 31 days before check-in.
No Refund: Reservations canceled 60 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds subject to a 5% processing fee of the total.

- We do not offer refunds or reschedule trips due to hurricane activity. If you are concerned about possible interruption, cancellation or delayed travel due to tropical occurrences, you are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance.
- A $150 fee may be charged for ionization, if smoking in the property is detected.
