KEY Curation Notes

Just renovated top to bottom. A 1,800 sq ft single-level upper-floor villa with vaulted ceilings, quartz counters, Sub-Zero side-by-side, pro-grade appliances, and bright island-modern furnishings throughout. Ocean and 15th fairway views from the lanai.

Sleeping setup works for couples or a small family. The king primary suite has a vaulted ceiling, a walk-in closet, and a five-piece bath with a deep soaking tub and polished travertine floors. The guest room offers two XL twins that combine into a king. Both bathrooms were fully redone in the renovation.

Two private 4-passenger golf carts are included. The Four Seasons is a 3-minute cart ride from the villa, with the Waiulu community pool, spa, and barbecue cabana just across the street for casual swims and grilling without leaving the immediate complex.

Four Seasons service comes with the rental. Daily housekeeping by Four Seasons staff, Four Seasons bed and bath linens, Four Seasons bath amenities, pre-arrival and post-departure cleanings at no additional charge, a personal lei greeting at the residence, and 24-hour onsite stay support.

Resort amenity access is paid separately. Use of the Four Seasons pools, championship golf course, spa, sports club, ocean activities, and dining outlets requires a daily resort guest fee that ranges from $77 to $237 per person in 2026, plus tax, with seasonal restrictions. Build this into the trip budget for every guest, every day they plan to use resort facilities.

Festive-season bookings carry a tighter cancellation policy. Reservations touching December 20 through January 3 are held to more restrictive terms, and a signed rental agreement plus a three-night deposit is required at booking to confirm any stay.
