Mahalo for our stay at beautiful KaMilo! Although we were here working a wedding for 3 days at the Rosewood Kona Village, my team and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We will no doubt be back and will always choose to stay here if available. The home is gorgeous and has plenty of space for my team of 6, comfortably with the feel of a 5-star hotel. We enjoyed Ohana style meals and time spent with plenty of laughs!

  • Please note that a mandatory mid-stay cleaning fee of $200 plus tax applies to all reservations for stays 14 nights or longer.
  • Property can accommodate up to 10 people with approval and at an additional cost. Please inquire for more details.
  • There is no guarantee of approval for changes to your reservation once confirmed.
  • Occupancy is restricted to a maximum number of Guests per property, which is not to exceed two guests per bedroom unless otherwise specified.
  • Guest shall not use the Property for any illegal or unlawful purpose, nor shall the Property be used in a fashion that disturbs or offends the neighbors.
  • Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
  • In the event of a problem getting in the unit or if there are problems with condition or functionality of the unit, please immediately contact the Property Manager.
  • The guest hereby agrees and acknowledges that smoking of any substances, including but not limited to: cigarettes, marijuana and vape devices, is strictly prohibited within the rental unit, on any adjoining balconies or lanais, as well as anywhere else on the property premises during their stay.
  • Guest acknowledges that the accommodation is a privately owned home or condominium as opposed to a hotel. As such, hotel-like amenities such as daily cleaning and bell service are not provided. Additional services can be requested with advanced notice at an additional cost.
  • This reservation is for quiet residential vacation use only. Therefore, parties, receptions, luaus, events and gatherings of any size or kind are strictly prohibited.
