The kitchen is fully equipped with premium Miele appliances and stocked cookware. Four-burner cooktop, convection microwave/oven, dishwasher, full refrigerator with ice maker, plus blender, Crock-Pot, and coffee maker—built for actual cooking, not just reheating.
Jordanelle Reservoir views from the balcony and a queen bedroom create a modest but clean retreat. At 658 square feet, the unit is compact; the layout flows well, and the reservoir vista from the balcony adds scenic value that interior-facing units in the building lack.
