Great house--one of the few places I've stayed that was actually better than the photos. The space was great for our group of parents in town for soccer. Plenty of space to spread out, but also multiple areas to congregate and be social, both inside and out. Everything was really clean and well-maintained. Bedrooms and bathrooms had good storage. Kitchen was well-appointed, and we appreciated having the undercounter ice-maker and the additional fridge in the garage for extra drinks and things. Two sets of washers/dryers was a luxury. Outdoor space is phenomenal--multiple comfy areas to relax, and our boys loved all the activities when they came to hang out during their family time. Hosts were super responsive when we had any questions. Will definitely try to stay here again if our tournament is back here next year!

The chef's kitchen is fully stocked with essential cookware.
All bathrooms are immaculate and include essential toiletries and stacks of plush cotton towels.

The home is meticulously maintained and furnished throughout with high-quality furnishings.
Free early check-in or late check-out (if available). Can be at an extra fee depending on time and other guests check out times.
Pool heating is optional and additional. We do not charge for hot tub.
The pool can be heated during winter months when the natural pool temperature drops due to lower outside air temperatures. When heated, the temperature will be maintained between 84-88 degrees. We generally recommend that the pool be heated October 15th through May 31st in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature. To ensure the pool is heated for your arrival we require a minimum 3 day advance notice. If you decide to take advantage of the optional pool/spa heat it is required for the entire duration of your stay, it can not be turned on and off daily.
During your stay in this beautiful desert oasis, you may encounter some of Arizona's unique wildlife, including scorpions, snakes and desert insects. These creatures are a natural part of the desert environment, and while they typically keep to themselves, it's always a good idea to stay aware of your surroundings. Please note, while the property is regularly treated for pests, we cannot be held responsible for any encounters with desert wildlife, including scorpions or any other desert indoor or outdoor bugs, that may occur during your stay. We recommend taking precautions, such as keeping doors and windows closed when not in use and using caution when stepping outside, especially at dusk and dawn.
Restrictions
Guests & Occupancy
- Primary guest must be at least 26 years old and remain on-site for the entire stay; reservations not meeting this may be canceled.
- Occupancy is strictly limited to the stated maximum and enforced per local ordinances.
- Guests are financially responsible for all damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, violations, and fines caused by their party; security deposit of $1000–$1500 (refundable if compliant).
- Only registered guests are allowed; exceeding occupancy may result in immediate removal and forfeiture of all fees.
- Residential use only; no commercial use, third-party bookings, or separate rental of accessory units.
- Guests may be required to complete ID verification, occupancy checks, fraud/risk screening, and background screening (if required); failure may result in cancellation or denied entry.
- Guests must comply with all applicable laws; violations risking permits may result in removal and liability for fines.
Events & Noise
- Parties, events, gatherings, photoshoots, and commercial activities are prohibited unless pre-approved in writing.
- Guests must follow all local noise and nuisance ordinances and maintain reasonable noise levels, especially outdoors.
Prohibited Activities
- Smoking, vaping, marijuana, and illicit substances are strictly prohibited; odor removal or damage will incur charges.
- Any illegal activity is prohibited and may result in immediate termination without refund.
- Video and photography are not permitted; non-residential uses (retail, events, etc.) are prohibited.
Equipment & Amenities
- Pools & Spas _(if equipped)_: Use is at the guest’s own risk; no supervision provided; signed liability waiver required.
- Guests must report any issues within 2 hours of check-in or they may be held responsible.
- Issues not reported within the required timeframe may not qualify for adjustments.
- Noise and occupancy monitoring devices may be installed to ensure compliance.
- Management may enter when necessary for emergencies, repairs, safety, or compliance.
Checkout & Care
- Guests must complete an arrival walkthrough and report any issues within 2 hours of check-in.
- Excessive cleaning, damage, or missing items will be charged via deposit or payment method.
