Neighborhood: Mountain Village - Located in the heart of the San Juan Mountains, and connected by a gondola to picturesque Telluride. You can walk steps to Lower Sundance ski run to start your day skiing/hiking. This run is accessed off lift 10 (Sunshine express lift) or the Prospect Bowl to get home at the end of the day. - 1 to 2-minute drive to the market and gondola which you can ride into the Mountain Village core and on to Telluride. - Walk to the market/gondola in 10-12 minutes down the ski run; or use the Dial-A-Ride App for a quick pickup.
Parking information
- Entry level/garage level has a 2-car (1 car usable if using the games) private heated garage and ski locker room to store your ski gear, and a place to get ready for the slopes. - If you need to park 2 cars in the garage, then the games can be moved. Otherwise there is space for another few cars in the driveway. - EV Outlet in garage (50-amp NEMA 14-50) for EV charging.

The location can’t be beat! Just a few minute drive to the mountain village market and gondola station. The house is right off the Sundance trail. Host was very responsive and provided a lot of helpful info prior to check in. If my travels take me back to Telluride, will absolutely stay here again.

There is a free gondola from the Market Plaza to Mountain Village core where you can connect to the gondola to Telluride. It operates 7 days a week between 6:30 am and midnight and 2 am in season. There is also a "dial-a-ride" to help you get around Mountain Village.
The unit will be set up with bathroom amenities, paper towels, toilet paper, and basic cleaning supplies. Guests are responsible for other household and personal supplies. Occupancy does NOT include maid service during your stay. Maid service is available for a separate charge if requested.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Guests will incur a minimum charge of $500 for proper cleaning if any smoke smell is detected after departure.
- No additional guests may stay overnight. No exceptions.
- Guests must abide by all community HOA/CC&R rules and restrictions, including but not limited to the following: Noise levels must be kept at a reasonable level, especially after hours. No parties or gatherings are permitted!
- Any HOA fines for violation of the foregoing will be the responsibility of the guest(s).
- Neither Property Management nor the owner of the property shall be responsible for any accidents or injuries to guests before, during, or after occupancy. Use of the swimming pool and spa is at your own risk. Make sure to watch your children at all times around water.
- Property Management and its owners are not responsible for theft, lost, or stolen items, or items left after occupancy. Tenants agree to pay for any damage caused.
- The Guest may not keep hazardous, poisonous, corrosive or flammable substances that could endanger the Property or neighboring properties in any way.
- If guests pay a service charge for heating a pool, they agree that the pool will be set to 85 degrees Fahrenheit. It is not to be adjusted, and Guest will be liable if above 85; or the pool or spa equipment is found misused in ANY way. If the Guest is using one of our advertised properties with a propane heater (with variable heating costs); the Guest will pay for the EXACT amount of propane used; which will be tracked and metered by photograph. We do not offer refunds for pool/spa heating.
