The heart of this retreat is the great room, boasting a majestic floor-to-ceiling stone gas log fireplace with a mounted TV, surrounded by a carefully selected array of furniture, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The culinary enthusiasts will revel in the kitchen, a masterpiece of granite counters and sleek stainless steel appliances, including a gas range. This space is a hub of togetherness, offering a variety of seating options, from the cozy bar stools to the grand dining table that comfortably accommodates ten. Additional sleeping arrangements include a sleeper sofa in the living room and a quaint loft off the upper queen suite with a daybed. Spruce Pine is just 15 minutes away and the communities of Sugar Mountain, Beech Mountain, Marion, and Banner Elk are all around 25-35 minutes away.

Things you need to know
Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night.
Stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals.
All linens and towels are provided.
We provide a starter set of toilet tissue, paper towels, bath toiletries, dish soap, and trash bags that is good for one or two nights. But if you are staying for an extended length of time, you should plan to bring some supplies from home or plan to purchase these items at a grocery store when you arrive.

- Please carefully check the number of people each unit sleeps as detailed on the website description. This represents the maximum number of people, including children, allowed to occupy the property and/or be upon the grounds of the property at any given time.
- All equipment in the unit should be in working order.

- Persons with a communicable disease, open wounds, or any infection should not use the hot tub.
- Please be aware that some properties are not equipped with air conditioning. KEY is not responsible for weather conditions at the time of tenancy, and there will be no refunds or switching of properties due to lack of air conditioning.
- No smoking is allowed on the premises.
- Do not leave money or valuables unattended.
- Lock all doors when you leave your accommodations.
- The property is not responsible for items left behind.
- Persons under the age of 25 must be accompanied by adult guardian or parent at all times.
