Inside the destination
Located in Avon There is a bus stop within walking distance of the house that will take you to both Vail and Beaver Creek, as well as the bike path leading to Vail, Avon, and Edwards. There is beautiful walking access down the bike path to great fly fishing on the Eagle River and great mountain biking from the house. The shops and restaurants in Avon are a short 2 minute drive or 10 minute bike ride.

The house was extremely comfortable, in a great location, and had everything we could possibly want. It was a 5 minute drive to the gondola and lifts in Beaver Creek and also the grocery store. Highly recommend.

This is a duplex.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Please do not exceed the maximum occupancy. You will be charged additionally per person if you exceed the maximum occupancy.
- A departure cleaning fee has been charged. However, if the property is left exceptionally dirty/trashed and additional cleaning time is required beyond the norm, you will be charged for the additional time. Please ensure that all dishes are put in the dishwasher and start the dishwasher the morning you depart. In addition, please start a load of towels the morning you depart.
- Events such as weddings, reunions, rehearsal dinners or any type of gathering of more than 150% of the property sleeping occupancy are not allowed without prior written authorization.
- The properties are located in neighborhoods or multi-family complexes with full-time residents. Please respect their privacy and quiet time. Abide by all rules for any community areas such as patios, pools and hot tubs.
- Please abide by all neighborhood rules and speed limits on county and private roads.
- To ensure the safety of all of our guests, guns are forbidden on the property at all times, even if the guests has a concealed-carry permit.
- Please do not put potato, carrot, onion peels etc. in the disposal.
