A separate ohana suite gives this home real flexibility for multi-generational groups. It has its own entrance, wet bar, sitting area, and washer/dryer hookup, making it functionally independent from the rest of the house.

The backyard is built for outdoor living, with a covered lanai on native 'Ōhia posts, a full outdoor kitchen with built-in grill and beverage center, and a pool with extended decking.

Guests must respect the residential community and avoid disturbing neighbors.
Commercial filming, photography, or operating a business from the property requires prior written approval.
A signed rental agreement and government-issued photo ID are required within 24 hours of booking.

Events & Noise

Parties, weddings, gatherings, and large social events are prohibited.
Outdoor noise must be kept to a minimum between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM daily. Violations may result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all fees.

Prohibited Activities

Pets: Animals are prohibited due to homeowner association regulations.
Smoking/Vaping: Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the property and on the lanai. Violations may result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all fees.
Footwear: Outdoor shoes should be removed inside the home to protect the flooring.

Equipment & Amenities

HVAC: Keep windows and doors closed while the air conditioning is running to prevent freeze-ups and energy waste.
Pool/Spa _(if equipped)_: Children must be supervised at all times, and glass containers are prohibited near water features.
Equipment Reporting: Report breakage or malfunctions immediately so maintenance can address them.

Checkout & Care

Bag all garbage, place it in designated outdoor bins, and roll bins out on scheduled pickup days.
