We were hesitant to book this home as there were very few reviews. Dream Chaser is amazing and perfect in every way. Our family has be vacationing on 30A since 2007 and this home is far and away the best we’ve ever stayed in. The pictures don’t do the home justice and the home is absolutely gorgeous! Our family of 5 had more than enough room and loved it being dog friendly. The kitchen is completely stocked with everything possibly needed. There were even amenities for the dogs(crates, bowls). The back yard was perfect for our dogs. We do went most of our time on the screened porches watching tv and enjoying the weather. Dream Chaser is literally stocked with everything you need for a perfect visit to the beach! We always rent a golf cart while at 30A but this home had a golf cart included with our rental!! It is a short ride to the public beach access that has parking for the cart as well as cars. The beach is so close(walking distance) and was not crowded at all for our trip.

Things you need to know

Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities: (like hotel but NOT restocked) trial-sized shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed and bath linens, blankets, pillows and towels are provided.

Please bring your own beach towels and do not use bath towels at the pools or beach.

Restrictions

Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
Re-arrangement of existing furniture is prohibited and may cause for additional fees charged to your credit card.
Pet or any evidence of a pet found on the property, that was not previously disclosed by charging you the pet fee, is cause for eviction and forfeiture of rent in addition to additional cleaning charges of $500. This is strictly enforced.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in any of our rental homes and condo units, including balconies and porches. Violation of this policy is cause for eviction and forfeiture of rent. Additional cleaning charges of $500 will be charged if in violation.
Use of barbecue grills is not permitted in any apartment or condo property. Many condominium complexes have community barbeques located on the premises. It is a violation of the fire code to do so and can result in eviction.
Only guests registered with KEY may occupy the rented property. No other guests are permitted inside or to stay overnight without prior written permission. The number of occupants cannot be more than the state amount as mentioned in the reservation confirmation.
KEY is not responsible for any personal belongings of the vacationer or their party.
There are no refunds for inconveniences beyond our control including but not limited to air conditioning, power, cable, internet/wi-fi, elevator, pools, hot tubs or construction projects. No refunds or credits will be made to guests for weather-related issues or closures, including hurricanes and/or mandatory evacuations.
WI-FI Internet is available and will accommodate an average of 3 devices per unit. Because individual device settings may not be compatible with the internet service settings in the property, we cannot guarantee the reliability or connectivity of internet service. Limited tech support.
The maximum number of guests per home is limited to the actual sleeping capacity for that home or condo unit. Children under 3 years of age do not apply. For your comfort, bunk beds and sofa beds are not recommended for adults.
