This condo is the best we have ever used, and we have stayed at a lot! The interior is impeccably and very recently decorated, a mix of modern and rustic. The kitchen is amazingly stocked with every gadget you may need and enough dishes for 16 so you don't have to spend your whole vacation cleaning. Luxury toiletries (Molton and Brown/Aveda/Mrs. Meyer's soaps) and HEATED FLOORS in every bathroom. 50 steps to a green run (Sundance) for super easy ski in/ski out access. 2 amazing master bedrooms with en suite master bathrooms for the adults, 2 other bedrooms with 2 twins each for the kids to share. Their shared bathroom has a steam shower and huge soaking tub. Games, stocked Keurig coffee and Tide/Bounce laundry supplies, heated garage, and jaw dropping sunset views. This place really does have it all and is highly recommended. We stayed with 2 families of 4 and enjoyed every minute. One caution: you are at very high altitude and there are a total of SEVEN levels of this house from the garage to the loft, so be prepared to be walking a lot of stairs. We were often out of breath going up and down to bedrooms and living areas. Not for the faint of heart!

- The maximum capacity of this rental is six adults. It cannot accommodate eight adults.
- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
- All guests shall abide by good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
- No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected.
- The use of charcoal grills is not allowed.
- The renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
