- Located on the westside off 46W near some of Paso’s most prestigious wineries. - It has quick and easy access to downtown Paso Robles, Route 101, Route 46 West, Paso Airport, PR Event Center and Vina Robles Amphitheatre….and over 200+ wineries in the Paso Robles AVA. - Nearby some of the areas’ most highly-esteemed wineries, including Epoch, Linne Colado, and Grey Wolf Cellars, among many others. - This home is just 15 minutes from the downtown Templeton and 20 minutes to downtown Paso where there are dozens of wine-tasting rooms, restaurants, plenty of shopping and a farmer’s market every Saturday morning. - Downtown there are over 12 wine tasting rooms, along with a distillery and local craft breweries. - The downtown City Park offers free summer concerts from June through August every Wednesday night in Templeton and every Thursday night in Paso. - Pack a picnic basket, a bottle of wine or two, your beach chairs and enjoy local musicians belting out everything from Jazz to Rock and Blues. You’re also just 20 minutes to the beautiful beaches in Cayucos, Cambria and Morro Bay. - Trader Joe’s is just down the road a bit on Vineyard Drive in Templeton. Our family had an unforgettable weekend at this beautiful home in Templeton. It exceeded our expectations and had everything we needed. Our kids especially loved all the outdoor space and enjoyed playing tether ball, basketball, and jumping on the trampoline. There is even a trail on the property to go for a short hike! The house also has plenty of space for multiple families. The primary bedroom is located downstairs and there are three additional bedrooms upstairs. Our kids also loved the huge media room that had recliners and a large projector screen to watch movies. The house is conveniently located and just a short drive to downtown Paso Robles where you can find cute restaurants/shops. Also, there are multiple wineries just minutes away. We will definitely be staying at Sycamore Ranch again!

Things you need to know
We provide personal amenities including soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion, paper products, kitchen necessities such as dishwashing detergent, dishwasher soap and trash bags.
The kitchen is stocked with the essential staples: coffee, tea, olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and spices.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- All homes have cleaning added to the total rent. Please note that cleaning does NOT include dishes and cooking utensils. If additional cleaning is required after you leave, it will be charged to your credit card.
- Keep the house, furniture, and furnishings in good order. Removing, adding, or changing furniture without the Owner’s written approval is strictly prohibited. Renter is responsible for the cost of the replacement of any damage to furniture or premises and the replacement of missing items.
- Beach towels and bed linens are to be used for the beach, pool, or hot tub only. Lost or accidentally taken towels will be charged at $25 per towel. Do not use white bath towels at the beach, pool, or hot tub. Any unused beds
- will be left as found. Leave the USED beds unmade and used towels on the laundry room floor.
- No lifeguard is on duty. Accordingly, persons using the beach, pool, or hot tub, do so at their own risk and the owner assumes NO responsibility for accident or injury. No one should swim alone. Renters will hold the Owners
- and Property Manager harmless from any and all bodily injury and/or property damage incurred on the property arising out of Renters’ negligent acts or omissions.
- NO special efforts have been made to “childproof” this house and accept the risk of harm to any children they allow on the property. These risks are not limited to but include animals, fireplaces, cleaning supplies in the house and plants in the house, patio, or on the street, that might be poisonous if ingested.
- All furniture must be returned to its original location on Guests’ departure or an additional charge will be made.
- Renters will be charged for any missing items reasonably attributable to Renters and not returned after notification. The cleaning service performs an inventory/survey of the property after each Guest departs and notifies the Owner/Property Manager of any missing items. Property Manager will notify guests in the event that items were inadvertently taken and provide guests the opportunity to return missing items.
- The property may be protected with outside security cameras. These cameras are used to protect the property from potential break-ins and theft. There are NO cameras in the house.
- Any personal property of and used by Guest is not insured by Owner/Property Manager and they are not responsible for any lost, stolen or missing property of the Guest or property of the Guest after checkout. If the property is found, Owner/Property Manager will return items left behind by Guests. The cost of shipping or returning the items is that of the Guests.
- If any keys or garage clickers are used by the Guests and get lost, guests will incur a replacement cost of $25 for keys, $50 for clickers.
- Any special occasions such as weddings, receptions, family reunions or increase of occupants (guests not registered on Guest List) must be disclosed at the time the reservation is made and is subject to Owner’s/Property Manager’s advanced approval.
- Prom parties, fraternity, sorority, or bachelor parties are not allowed at any time. Adults cannot rent property on behalf of underage guests, with no exceptions.
- Smoking is absolutely prohibited on the entire premises, both within the house and on the property grounds. This includes smoking cigarettes, cigars, pipes or any other smoking device. Evidence of smoking such as the smell of cigarettes or cigars inside the home by the cleaning crew is sufficient basis to charge the renter for smoke cleanup and removal from carpeting, AC ducts and Filters, furniture, and draperies. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the full security deposit and damage liability of up to $2,500 for any discovered damage to furniture or odors.
- NO pets are allowed at this property at any time. If an unauthorized pet is on the premises, the guest will be assessed a fine and will be asked to leave immediately. Damage or cleaning attributable to pets shall be the responsibility of the guest. If you have a service animal, please notify the property manager in advance of your stay.
- If there are more people than allowed to sleep in this home, you will be
- fined an additional fee of $250 per additional person. Infants under the age of 2 are not counted.
