Neighborhood: Mira Vista Heights - Perched atop rolling hills, in the northern part of the City of Paso Robles, with endless vineyard views and spectacular vistas to the north, south, and east of Paso. - This home is just five minutes from the town square, where there are dozens of wine tasting rooms, restaurants, shopping, and a farmer’s market every Saturday morning. Downtown, there are over 12 wine tasting rooms, along with a distillery and local craft breweries. - The downtown City Park offers free summer concerts from June through August every Thursday night. - Smart & Final is the nearest grocer, located a block away on Spring Street. - Savage Spirits & Deli – located right across the street – has an impressive deli (tri-tip grilled on the weekends for sandwiches) along with a great collection of spirits and beer. - DK’s Donuts (open 24 hours per day) is located just a few blocks away. - A few miles from town, there is an Albertson’s on Niblick, and Trader Joe’s is just down the road a bit on Vineyard Drive in Templeton. While at Trader Joe’s, you can pick up some fresh-caught fish at Pier 46 Fish Market or head on over to the butcher, J&R Meats, for some grass-fed local meats and game. - Back up in Paso, you can find a few quality cheese shops, Vivant Fine Cheese and Di Raimondos Italian Market and Cheese Shop, along with some cigar shops, Boyd’s, and Third Base Market & Spirits.

All bathrooms have hair dryers, and bedrooms have quality, luxe linens and luggage racks.

The home has fresh, clean RO water for drinking.

Personal amenities include soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, paper products, kitchen necessities such as dishwashing detergent, dishwasher soap, and trash bags.

There are plenty of linens and towels.

Laundry facilities and detergent are in the laundry area.

The kitchen is also stocked with the essential staples: coffee, tea, olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and spices.

Restrictions

  • Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
  • All homes have cleaning added to the total rent. Please note that cleaning does NOT include dishes and cooking utensils. If additional cleaning is required after you leave, it will be charged to your credit card.
  • Keep the house, furniture, and furnishings in good order. Removing, adding, or changing furniture without the Owner’s written approval is strictly prohibited. Renter is responsible for the cost of replacement of any damage to furniture or premises and replacement of missing items.
  • Beach towels are to be used for the beach, pool, or hot tub only. Lost or accidentally taken towels will be charged at $25 per towel. Do not use white bath towels at the beach, pool, or hot tub. Any unused beds will be left as found. Leave the USED beds unmade and used towels on the laundry room floor.
  • No lifeguard is on duty. Accordingly, persons using the beach, pool or hot tub, do so at their own risk and the owner assumes NO responsibility for accident or injury. No one should swim alone. Renters will hold the Owners and Property Manager harmless from any and all bodily injury and/or property damage incurred on the property arising out of Renters’ negligent acts or omissions.
  • NO special efforts have been made to “childproof” this house and accept the risk for harm to any children they allow on the property. These risks are not limited to, but include animals, fireplace, cleaning supplies in the house and plants in the house, patio or on the street, that might be poisonous if ingested.
  • All furniture must be returned to its original location on Guests’ departure or an additional charge will be made.
  • Renters will be charge for any missing items reasonably attributable to Renters and not returned after notification. The cleaning service performs an inventory/survey of the property after each Guest departs and notifies the Owner/Property Manager of any missing items. Property Manager will notify guest in the event that items were inadvertently taken and provide guests the opportunity to return missing items.
  • The property may be protected with outside security cameras. These cameras are used to protect the property from potential break-ins and theft. There are NO cameras in the house.
  • Any personal property of and used by Guest is not insured by Owner/Property Manager and they are not responsible for any lost, stolen or missing property of the Guest or property of the Guest after checkout. If property is found, Owner/Property Manager will return items left behind by Guests. The cost of shipping or returning the items is that of the Guests.
  • If any keys or garage clickers are used by the Guests and get lost, guests will incur a replacement cost of $25 for keys, $50 for clickers.
  • Any special occasions such as weddings, receptions, family reunions or increase of occupants (guests not registered on Guest List) must be disclosed at the time the reservation is made and is subject to Owner’s/Property Manager’s advanced approval.
  • Prom parties, fraternity, sorority or bachelor parties are not allowed at any time. Adults cannot rent property on behalf of underage guests, no exceptions.
  • Smoking is absolutely prohibited on the entire premises, both within the house and on the property grounds. This includes smoking cigarettes, cigars, pipes or any other smoking device. Evidence of smoking such as the smell of cigarettes or cigars inside the home by the cleaning crew is sufficient basis to charge the renter for smoke cleanup and removal from carpeting, AC ducts and Filters,furniture and draperies. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the full security deposit and damage liability of up to $2,500 for any discovered damage to furniture or odors.
  • NO pets are allowed at this property at any time. If an unauthorized pet is on the premises, the guest will be assessed a fine, and will be asked to leave immediately. Damage or cleaning attributable to pets shall be the responsibility of the guest.
  • If there are more people than allowed to sleep in this home, you will be fined an additional fee of $250 per additional person. Infants under the age of 2 are not counted.
