Neighborhood: Hapuna Beach Residences - Just steps away from the restaurants at The Westin Hapuna Beach Resort, where guests can enjoy a variety of dining options or order convenient room service. A short drive away, you can also explore the restaurants at the neighboring Mauna Kea Beach Hotel. A hotel shuttle may be available for easy access. - The Kohala coast is a golfer's paradise with seven challenging courses all within seven miles of our villa. - Minutes down the street is the Shops at Mauna Lani, where you can find a supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing and accessory stores, art, and free weekly entertainment in the evenings. There are three wonderful shopping areas in the resorts: Shops at Mauna Lani, King Shops, and Queen's Shops. They include groceries, restaurants, and retail stores. They are within walking or biking distance from most of our vacation homes. - The resorts were designed to avoid overcrowding the beaches with condo towers and other developments. The gated communities are all set back from the beaches a bit to make sure the beach experience is amazing. From many of the homes, you can walk to the beach in 15 minutes or take a bike ride. - The Kilauea volcano is 90 miles away behind two 13,000-foot mountains and has been very quiet for the last year. Even during the eruption event in 2018, it did not affect our side of the Island. The National Park is open, and it is fascinating to explore, go for a hike, or take an aerial tour. It is part of what makes the Big Island unique and should not be missed. - The Kona (KOA) airport is the closest to the resorts. It is a 25-35 min drive to the vacation rentals. It is an international airport with direct flights from LA, SF, San Diego, Sacramento, Portland, Seattle, Denver, Dallas, Phoenix, San Jose, Oakland, Anchorage, Vancouver, and Tokyo. There are also direct flights to Oahu, Kauai, and Maui.

The most amazing condo on THE prettiest beach in the world. We had a perfect vacation. Lovely accommodations! Very comfortable and clean, has everything you need! We joined the Westin and Mauna Kea for the pools and fitness centers. They were fantastic. The use of their chaise lounge chairs and umbrellas was an added bonus. The views of the beach and sunsets was stunning. We WILL be back!

The second bedroom features two TwinXL beds that can be combined as a King with a gel topper.
NOTE: Use of the hotel privileges at the Hapuna Westin and Mauna Kea Beach hotel. The fee is $150/ day, plus tax in 2026, for the entire group (Not per person) and is paid directly to the hotel. This includes use of the hotel pools, fitness center, beach chairs, towels, hotel charging privileges, and discounts for golf at both the Hapuna Westin and Mauna Kea Resorts.
Laundry detergent, oxyclean, dryer sheets, dishwasher detergent, jet dry, cling wrap, foil, zip lock bags, assortment of spices, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, popcorn, starter bag of pure Kona Mountain coffee (the good stuff), hand soap, Dove soap bar, high end Float shampoo, shower gel and conditioner, two extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, and two paper towel rolls are provided. We have a clean fridge policy, so upon check-in, the fridge does not have any condiments.
Pack 'n Play, high chair, bed rails, toilet-training seat, step stool for little kids, baby monitors, swim belt/vest, kids' kitchen items, full cribs, bike trailers, jogging strollers, and other items are subject to availability.

- The home may only be used by the registered guests included in the reservation.
- Extra-person charges may apply and vary based on the number of guests allowed.
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their party during the stay.
- Homes are located within HOA-governed communities. Guests are responsible for complying with community-specific association rules as outlined in the Home Use Agreement.

- All doors must be locked when leaving the accommodations.
