With bedrooms arranged across three separate wings, abundant bathrooms, multiple smart TVs, high-speed WiFi, dedicated workspaces, and a double washer-and-dryer setup, the home combines privacy, convenience, and comfort for families and groups. Outside, the expansive backyard creates a private resort-style escape with a swimming pool, hot tub, putting green, covered patio, outdoor TV, built-in bar, gas grill, and inviting fire-pit seating. The acre-sized property is also conveniently located for exploring Old Town Scottsdale, acclaimed dining and shopping, renowned golf courses, scenic hiking and biking trails, and cultural attractions such as Taliesin West. KEY Curation Notes

Nine king bedrooms, most with their own bath. Bedrooms are split across three wings, every room has a king bed and TV, and one room has two kings. Six bedrooms have private full baths. Two have attached half baths and share a central full bath with the ninth bedroom, which has no bath of its own. Two powder rooms handle daytime traffic.

Resort-style backyard on an acre. The large pool can be heated to 80°F for $95 per night, and a private hot tub sits alongside it. Circular seating around a gas fire pit faces an outdoor TV, a built-in bar and gas grill anchor outdoor dining, and a putting green rounds it out.

Indoor entertainment for all ages. The great room has a 75-inch TV and a pool table. A separate game room has foosball, arcade games, a puzzle table, and its own TV. All TVs are streaming-only.

Logistics scaled for a crowd. The laundry room has two washers and two dryers with detergent supplied. The circular driveway fits six vehicles. The single-level layout means no stairs, several bedrooms open directly to the backyard, and two rooms have desks for remote work.

Central Scottsdale base. Old Town, Scottsdale Fashion Square, and Taliesin West are a short drive away, and hiking and biking trails of all levels are close by.

Neighborhood: Sundown Ranch - The home is situated on an acre lot in a safe, well-maintained, and centrally located neighborhood. Your commute to all the exciting attractions in and around Scottsdale will be short. - Scottsdale is famous for charming Old Town Scottsdale with its southwestern flavor, boutiques and dining choices. Downtown contemporary Scottsdale has multicultural eateries and exciting shopping at Scottsdale Fashion Square and The Promenade. Engaging golf courses are everywhere, both near and far. For the avid hiker and biker, there are scenic trails of all levels close to our home. Visit Taliesin West, Frank Lloyd Wright's former home and studio. The modern highway allows quick trips to Mesa, Phoenix, Tempe, Sedona, the mountains and more.

House is in a great quiet upscale neighborhood. Lots of activities and places to eat within 5 to 10 minutes. House is nice for larger groups as everyone has their own bedroom and bathroom. Swimming pool is good size. The owner was very accommodating and kind to work with. I would easily stay at this home again.
