The Ritz-Carlton Club luxury residences are typically offered at a 7-night minimum from Saturday to Saturday.

Restrictions

  • Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
  • Please be courteous to our owners and use the locker area for sporting equipment such as skis, snowboards, ski boots and poles, bicycles, cleated shoes, and all other outdoor items. These items are prohibited from the lodge rooms. Using the locker room instead of your condominium for storage helps to keep your room neat and tidy.
  • House pets are not permitted in our condominiums. No exceptions. If a pet is found occupying a condominium or home that has not been pre-approved, the guest will be asked to vacate the property and no refund will be issued. Certain homes will consider pets with approval and a security deposit. Inquire for details.
  • If a pet is discovered in a rental, there will be a minimum fee of $500 per night. Service dogs must be disclosed and required paperwork must be completed before arrival. Any damage caused by a service animal will result in a minimum $500 fee for cleaning or repairs.
  • We reserve the right to show any unit for rental or sale on a 24-hour notice from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. We will make every effort to contact the guests and arrange the showing with them.
