Whether you aim to escape and unwind, or to ride the adrenaline waves in wind- and watersports, you’ll find the situation perfect. - Shore Club, just a 5-minute stroll up the beach, gives you a choice of bars and even some fine dining. - Grace Bay is but a short drive away, too, offering an even greater choice of restaurants, bars and shops. - The Blue Haven Yacht Marina and the Provo Golf Course are less than 4 miles away.

The Bora Villa is simply gorgeous, in a quiet gated community. Privacy This villa is lack of nothing! I stayed with my family of 9 and we had more than enough space. The view from the balcony is peaceful. Our children enjoyed the pool, they are swimmers, the pool is 5ft deep. The location is great, about 15mins from all the excursions we booked. The kitchen was fully equipped for the chef we hired. The Staff is very friendly and respond quickly. Ann, Beverly and the wonderful lady that met us on arrival that gave us a tour of house are wonderful. The villa was also fully stacked with towels and linens. All in all we had a grand time.

The cost of electricity in the Turks & Caicos Islands has always been very expensive. This is further exacerbated by recent global increases in fuel pricing which have put this cost at an all-time high.
All guests are asked to be mindful of their energy consumption and particularly as it relates to Air Conditioning (AC). If you are running the AC, please ensure doors and windows remain closed.
The owner of your vacation rental will cover up to $45.00/day (forty-five US Dollars) for electricity consumption. On the last day of this rental, the meter will be read and any amount over this allowance will be charged against the security deposit of the lessee at a rate of $0.60 per KWH.

- Groups of young people (up to 30 years old) are not accepted
- Guest is responsible for all occupants and must maintain the property in clean, sanitary condition
- Residential use only; no immoral, offensive, unlawful use, or violation of laws/ordinances
- Only registered guests permitted; no use by unauthorized individuals
- No subleasing, assigning, or third-party use of the property
- A non-refundable damage waiver amounting to $175 is required. This protects you if there is accidental damage of up to $2,500 to the property during the stay

- Internet, cable, hot tubs, fireplaces, etc. (if equipped) are not guaranteed; issues will be addressed as quickly as possible
- Use of pools, hot tubs, spas, fireplaces, decks, etc. is at guest’s own risk
- No lifeguard on duty; use is at guest’s own risk
- Property may be entered with prior permission for repairs/inspection
Checkout & Care
- Must leave property in good order, undamaged, and with all belongings removed upon departure or default
