The Bora Villa is simply gorgeous, in a quiet gated community. Privacy This villa is lack of nothing! I stayed with my family of 9 and we had more than enough space. The view from the balcony is peaceful. Our children enjoyed the pool, they are swimmers, the pool is 5ft deep. The location is great, about 15mins from all the excursions we booked. The kitchen was fully equipped for the chef we hired. The Staff is very friendly and respond quickly. Ann, Beverly and the wonderful lady that met us on arrival that gave us a tour of house are wonderful. The villa was also fully stacked with towels and linens. All in all we had a grand time.

The cost of electricity in the Turks & Caicos Islands has always been very expensive. This is further exacerbated by recent global increases in fuel pricing which have put this cost at an all-time high.

All guests are asked to be mindful of their energy consumption and particularly as it relates to Air Conditioning (AC). If you are running the AC, please ensure doors and windows remain closed.

The owner of your vacation rental will cover up to $45.00/day (forty-five US Dollars) for electricity consumption. On the last day of this rental, the meter will be read and any amount over this allowance will be charged against the security deposit of the lessee at a rate of $0.60 per KWH.
