KEY Curation Notes

A single-level layout flows from a family room with an oversized flat-screen into the living and dining areas, with a separate den and desk for work calls.

The kitchen is fully stocked with pantry items, paper goods, and linens included, so KEY.co grocery delivery can fill the fridge before you arrive.

The backyard is built for entertaining with an outdoor pool table, putting and chipping green, Tiki Toss, stainless steel grill, and covered patio seating.

The hot tub is heated at no charge, and the deep diving pool can be heated to 85 degrees for an added weekly fee. Without heat, the pool runs cool in the winter months.

Kierland Commons is under a mile away, with Scottsdale Quarter and Kierland Golf Club a short drive. Scottsdale Airport sits just over half a mile off, so expect periodic aircraft overhead.

I stayed here for a weekend getaway in October. The weather was amazing ( a little too hot), and we stayed at the house basically the entire time. Such a great spot, perfect for lounging outside, listening to chill music, and playing golf. Ample space both inside and outside. House is modern, clean, and a perfect central location.

Things you need to know

A twin rollaway bed can be provided to comfortably accommodate 7 to 8 guests. We can also supply a double high queen air mattress, Pack n’ Play or high chair upon request (subject to availability) for your convenience.

Please note the actual diving board has been removed for safety reasons, but the pool is deep enough to dive in.

All linens, towels, paper products are included.

Please note the pool is able to be heated to 85 degrees for $350/week. You can also use the inviting outdoor heated spa at your leisure at no charge. The diving board has been removed for safety and insurance reasons.

Long term renters are welcome.

Restrictions

Guests & Occupancy

Primary renter must be at least 25. Guests under 25 may stay without a parent/legal guardian only with prior written approval.
No additional overnight guests beyond the approved reservation. Violations may result in cancellation and eviction without refund.
Guests are responsible for damage caused during the stay and for complying with all applicable HOA/CC&R rules and restrictions.
Property may not be used for illegal or immoral activities or in any manner that damages or disrupts neighboring properties.

Events & Noise

Parties and gatherings are prohibited. Violations may result in immediate eviction, cancellation, forfeiture of rent, and applicable HOA fines.
Keep noise at a reasonable level, especially during nighttime hours, and comply with community HOA/CC&R restrictions.

Prohibited Activities

Pets allowed with prior approval only. A "Pet Fee" will be added to your booking when reserving online. Pet Fees are non-refundable and are not to cover any damages, extra cleaning or picking up your dogs poop.
Smoking inside the property is prohibited. Smoke odor detected after departure will result in a minimum $500 cleaning charge.
Hazardous, poisonous, corrosive, or flammable substances that could endanger the property or neighboring properties are prohibited.
Illegal activities are prohibited.

Equipment & Amenities

Pool & Spa _(if equipped)_: Use is at guests’ own risk; children must be supervised around water.
Pool Heating _(if equipped)_: Paid pool heating is set to 85°F and must not be adjusted. Guests are responsible for misuse or damage to pool/spa equipment. No refunds are provided for pool/spa heating.
Propane Pool Heating _(if equipped)_: Guests are charged for the exact propane used, based on documented metered usage.
Initial bathroom amenities, paper towels, toilet paper, and basic cleaning supplies are provided; guests supply additional items.
Mid-stay maid service is not included but may be requested for an additional charge.
Authorized personnel may enter for maintenance, damage inspections, or emergencies.

Checkout & Care

Departures after 10:00 AM incur a fee equal to 50% of one night’s stay.
Keys and/or door codes are provided at check-in.
