The nearest sand public beach where the public swims will be walking two miles north near the Oceanside Pier.
The home does not have central AC; however, we have installed portable AC units in the upstairs bedrooms, and there are two tower fans for guests to use in the living room and the downstairs bedroom.
Mid-stay housekeeping is available upon request for an additional fee. Please contact us to schedule.
A starter set of essentials is provided, including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, and Keurig coffee K-cups. For longer stays, guests will need to replenish consumable items such as toilet paper, paper towels, and other supplies as needed.
Bath towels, beach towels, clean linens, quilts, and cold-weather blankets are provided. Where available, beach supplies such as beach chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards, and kids' beach toys are also included.
Restrictions
Guests & Occupancy
- The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and remain at the property for the duration of the stay. Please notify management in advance if any guests under 18 years of age will be staying at the property.
- Occupancy must not exceed the maximum listed for the property unless approved in writing. Over-occupancy incurs a $500-per-person-per-day fee and may result in eviction.
- Guests are responsible for complying with the Rental Agreement, HOA/community rules, and all applicable property policies.
- Properties are for residential vacation use only.
Events & Noise
- Commercial use, parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are prohibited.
- Events, commercial use, or gatherings require prior written approval.
- Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–10:00 AM. Repeated noise complaints may result in eviction without refund.
Prohibited Activities
- Pets: Pets are prohibited unless expressly permitted or approved. Approved dogs incur a $150 non-refundable fee per dog. Service animals are permitted in accordance with the ADA; please notify management in advance if bringing a service animal. Unauthorized pets may result in eviction and forfeiture of payment.
- Smoking/Vaping: Smoking and vaping are prohibited anywhere on the property. Violations incur a $500 cleaning fee and may result in immediate eviction.
- Illegal Substances: Drug use or other criminal activity is prohibited and will result in immediate eviction without refund.
- Other Specific Restrictions: Tampering with smoke detectors, Wi-Fi routers, or exterior security cameras is prohibited. Cryptocurrency mining and the use of stolen credit cards are prohibited and may result in immediate eviction.
Equipment & Amenities
- Equipment Reporting: Inspect the property upon arrival and promptly report any existing damage. The property will also be inspected after check-out.
- Parking Rules: Follow all posted parking and community parking regulations. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed at the guest's expense.
- No Refunds for Malfunctions: No refunds are provided for inoperable amenities _(if equipped)_, including hot tubs, Wi-Fi, or HVAC.
Checkout & Care
- Cleaning Expectations: A non-refundable cleaning fee is charged at the time of booking. Additional fees apply for excessive cleaning or property damage.
- Checkout Procedures: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM PST, and check-out is by 11:00 AM PST. Early check-in or late check-out is available with advance approval for $60/hour. Unauthorized late departures incur a $300/hour penalty.
- Left Items: Left-behind items may be returned upon request for a $25 handling fee plus shipping. Unclaimed items are discarded after 14 days.
Liability & Disclaimers
- The property owner is not responsible for lost or stolen personal property.
- Guests assume full responsibility for the safety of their party and all risks associated with recreational or water activities.
- Properties may not be ADA-compliant. Guests are responsible for determining whether the property meets their accessibility needs prior to booking.
- No refunds are provided for power outages.
- No refunds are provided for weather events or delays caused by acts of nature or government.
- No refunds are provided for noise or nearby construction.
