Neighborhood: Sundown Ranch Estates - Overlooks the premier Starfire Golf Course. The safe and charming neighborhood is located on a busy thoroughfare and traffic noise is possible when guests are outside. - Ideally located to take advantage of the many nearby attractions and activities. Behind the home is the Starfire Golf Course, a daily-fee public course with 27 holes. The upscale neighborhood is a 10-minute drive to Old Town and many other multicultural activities in chic and charming Scottsdale. Spring training for San Francisco Giants, Colorado Rockies, AZ Diamondbacks and Chicago Cubs, hiking at Camelback, shopping at Fashion Square, and exploring the Phoenix Zoo, Desert Botanical Gardens or Taliesin West Museum are other possibilities that are a short drive from our home. Other exciting choices include day spas, numerous public golf courses, eateries, car shows, equestrian events and the many impressive natural and scenic attractions unique to the Sonoran Desert.

Perfect for our crew while filming in the Phoenix area. Close to tons of restaurants, but we cooked most of our meals at the house. Plenty of room. Great having 2 master suites. Large, manicured grounds. Nice pool, bbq. The host was very responsive. 100% recommend

- TV: TVs are streaming-only; no satellite or cable service.
- Security Camera: An exterior camera faces the street and driveway.
- Safety Equipment: Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are installed.
- Electricity: Monthly-rate stays incur a daily electricity fee for dates from May through September.
Checkout & Care
- Guests are responsible for damage beyond ordinary wear and tear; repair or replacement costs may be charged to the payment method on file.
