Park City also boasts more than a dozen golf courses, including the new scenic Canyons Golf Course 5 minutes away, don’t forget to take advantage of the private Apex Shuttle. - \*Complimentary on-demand guest transportation is also available at this property, courtesy of the free Canyons Village Connect service. Service is available within Canyons Village at Park City Mountain during winter operating dates.

Great space, very comfortable. It's ski in ski out, but not for beginners. The heated floors in bathroom, were awesome. I would definitely stay here again.

75% Refund: Receive a 75% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 61 days before check-in.
No Refund: Reservations canceled 60 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds subject to a 25% processing fee of the total.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- No additional persons are allowed to stay in the Property than confirmed on the reservation.
- Any parties or gatherings of any nature which exceed the maximum occupancy or are disruptive in any nature are strictly prohibited.
- A cleaning charge will be deducted from security deposit if a pet or sign of pet is found in any of the rooms occupied by any member of your party.
- Guests must abide by the maximum occupancy rule allowed in the home at all times.
- Vehicles are not to be parked on subdivision streets or in any areas other than the driveway for the designated home. Any vehicles parked outside these designated areas will be towed at guest’s expense.
- There is a fee charge for each key or garage door opener not returned.
- Firearms or other types of weapons are not permitted in or around the property.
