Amazing house with the most luxurious amenities. Lots of room for a large family. House has a nice golf cart that runs perfectly and easy to use for rides to the beach. The pool at the house is an extra amenity that is well maintained and a perfect place to relax after a day at the beach! The bbq grill is perfect for cooking a meal for the family! Amazing house and highly recommend.

Pool heating is available for this property from Oct 1st through May 1st for an additional fee per day.
From March 1st to October 31st, the rental of this property includes one beach service set (2 beach chairs and 1umbrella).
All linens, including comforter covers, are laundered upon every checkout.
Walton County regulations require all doors leading to private pools to have an alarm that sounds when the door is slightly open (ajar). This alarm needs to be manually turned off when exiting the pool area.
Guests do not have access to the WaterSound Beach Club. This is a members-only club, and day passes can not be purchased.
