Neighborhood: Shores of Panama - Wal-Mart is across the street, and you are about a mile away from Pier Park, Panama City Beach’s premier shopping and dining area. You are steps away from Pineapple Willy’s Beachfront Bar as well as Ripley’s Museum. You’ll be across the street from the new 810 Billiard and Bowling complex - with sports simulators, Krazy Darts, axe throwing, an arcade, a restaurant/bar and a Mean Mugs milkshake bar and many other dining, entertainment and shopping options. Signal Hill Golf Course is very close by. For the less serious golfer, there are multiple places to play miniature golf in the area. - Also, there is now a poolside food hut and 1 poolside tiki bar. The food hut offers shrimp boil, pizza, salads, sandwiches, and kids’ meals. There is also an inside coffee/donut/ice cream shop in the lobby area. There are poolside lockers for guests to purchase for storing valuables when swimming.
Parking information
- Required Guest Registration: All guests must pre-register online to purchase your parking pass(es) and amenity wristbands (RFID). After booking, we’ll send you a unit-specific registration link. Upon arrival, you must stop by the onsite concierge upon arrival to pick up your packet. Resort Fees vary by unit size and currently cost $75-$115. This unit has one deeded (reserved) parking space, labeled 1630. The assigned space is located on the 8th floor, near the entrance along the wall. If you have more than 1 vehicle, you must park off site and there is a public parking garage around the corner from the Shores of Panama. Upon arrival, you must stop by the onsite concierge upon arrival to pick up your packet. Shores of Panama allows one to two vehicles per reservation (depending upon the size of the unit rented). If you bring an additional vehicle, you will need to park off-site. - Current Shores of Panama Resort Fees (includes wristbands + parking pass): 1 Bedroom – $85. Rates are set by Shores of Panama and may change without notice. Onsite Parking Details - Use the main entrance (portico) when you arrive. - Display your QR code to pick up your amenity packet and parking pass. - Garage height limit: 6’10” – Low clearance and tight turns. - Oversized vehicles (over 6’7”) may use ground-level oversized parking on a first-come, first-served basis. - Display your parking pass on the dashboard at all times. Additional Parking Notes - Motorcycles: Park in the 15-minute zone near the main entrance. - Small trailers: Allowed only on the 12th floor of the garage. - Security: Property Patrol keeps motorcycles centralized for added safety and is available on site for parking assistance. Offsite Parking Options - If you’re bringing an additional vehicle, you’ll need to park any additional vehicles in public beach lots nearby. The closest is Ripley’s Believe It or Not public lot, just around the corner.

95% Refund: Receive a 95% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 46 days before check-in.
100% Refund: Receive a 100% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days before check-in.
50% Refund: Receive a 50% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 14 days before check-in.
No Refund: Reservations canceled 45 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds subject to a 5% processing fee of the total.
Things you need to know
All guests ages 8 and older are required to wear their wristbands while on resort grounds (including pools, beach walkovers, and common areas).
The trash chute is conveniently located next to the stairwell, near the elevator on the same floor and side of the building.

Guests & Occupancy
- Primary renter must be 21+ and stay in the unit.
- Do not exceed maximum occupancy. Children under 2 count toward occupancy.
- Booking guest is responsible for all occupants, visitors, damages, and rule violations.
- No subletting, reservation transfers, or booking for another party.
Events & Noise
- No Parties or Events: Gatherings exceeding occupancy limits are prohibited.
- Quiet Hours: 10 PM–7 AM (or as posted by the community).
Prohibited Activities
- Unauthorized pets prohibited. $500 fee plus cleaning/damage charges.
- Smoking/vaping is prohibited anywhere on the property. $500 fee plus remediation costs.
- No illegal drugs.
- No firearms or weapons.
- No climbing, jumping, throwing items, or hanging items from railings.
Equipment & Amenities
- Wi-Fi: Provided as a convenience; not guaranteed. No refunds for outages.
- A/C _(if equipped)_: Keep doors/windows closed when running. Recommended setting: 70–75°F.
- Park only in designated areas. No RVs, trailers, boats, or oversized vehicles unless approved. Towing fees are guest responsibility.
- Amenity Wristbands: Required at Tidewater. Lost wristbands: $25 + tax each.
- Amenities: Availability may be affected by HOA/resort maintenance, inspections, or closures. No refunds for interruptions.
- Security Cameras: Exterior cameras may be in use.
Checkout & Care
- Leave the property in reasonable condition. Guests are responsible for damage, missing items, and excessive cleaning.
- Do not rearrange furniture.
- Bag all trash. Do not place large items or cardboard in trash chutes.
- Left-behind items may be returned at guest expense; unclaimed items may be discarded after 30 days.
Liability & Disclaimers
- Guests assume all risks related to the property and amenities.
- No refunds for Wi-Fi issues, amenity closures, maintenance, inspections, weather, or service interruptions beyond management's control.
- Refunds only for mandatory evacuation orders, as outlined in the rental agreement.
- Furnishings, amenities, and décor may change without notice. No refunds for such changes.
