The location was awesome-both in regards to surrounding places of business & the beach! I have stayed in many condo units over the years-and this was by far, the best & thoroughly stocked unit! It made our stay even better!

The home is fully equipped with all your household essentials; basic cookware, a standard drip coffee maker, all linens, beach towels, all applicable detergents and soaps and a starter pack of paper products.

Restrictions

Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
No guests under the age of 25 are permitted, regardless of marital status and/or military status.
No canopies or tents are allowed on the beach.
You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected. Use of charcoal grills is not allowed.
Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
Events and commercial photography or filming are prohibited at the Property without our express written permission.
Use of the Property for any criminal activity is prohibited and may result in fines, prosecution, and/or your immediate removal from the Property.
All guests shall abide by our vacation home's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
