Neighborhood: East Nashville - East Nashville is one of Nashville's oldest neighborhoods, located just across the Cumberland River. Known for its eclectic and artsy atmosphere, you'll find some of the city's best restaurants, live music venues, shopping, and easy access to Nissan Stadium. Bonus: all of the excitement of Broadway is just a 10-minute Uber drive away. Don't be surprised if you see one of your favorite musicians walking around this neighborhood, as many of them call it home.

95% Refund: Receive a 95% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 60 days before check-in.
45% Refund: Receive a 45% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 21 days before check-in.
No Refund: Reservations canceled 59 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.

Things you need to know
This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice.
Each room is outfitted with linens, towels, fluffy pillows and comforters. Linens are available for additional sleeping arrangements.
Restrictions
Guests & Occupancy
- Do not exceed the number of registered guests listed on your reservation without prior approval. Unauthorized guests may result in removal and additional fees.
- Guests are responsible for any damage to the property caused by themselves or their party.
- Additional fees may apply for unregistered or unauthorized guests.
- Property may not be used for commercial purposes (e.g., professional filming or photography) without written approval. Use of neighboring properties is prohibited.
Events & Noise
- Events, parties, and large gatherings are prohibited without prior written approval.
- Written consent is required for any commercial activity, including professional photography and filming.
- Outdoor noise must remain under 60 dBA and is not permitted after 9PM. Some areas may have stricter local noise ordinances. No outdoor music systems or speakers are provided.
Prohibited Activities
- Smoking/Vaping: Smoking is not permitted. A $500 fee will apply for violations, in addition to responsibility for any related damages.
- Illegal Substances: The use, manufacture, sale, or transport of illicit drugs or contraband is strictly prohibited.
- Fireworks: Fireworks, flammable substances, and hazardous materials are not allowed, except charcoal or firewood in designated fireplaces or grills (if equipped).
- Other Specific Restrictions: Weapons, dangerous items, or violent behavior are strictly prohibited. Guests may not alter the property, including moving furniture or installing any fixtures.
Equipment & Amenities
- Appliances & Furniture: Guests are responsible for proper use and care of all furnishings, appliances, and fixtures. Damage or misuse may result in repair or replacement costs.
- Equipment Reporting: Report any malfunction or damage to appliances or equipment during your stay.
- Parking Rules: Park only in designated spaces.
- Locked Areas/Restricted Facilities: Certain areas of the property may be locked or restricted and are not for guest use.
- Internet/TV/Phone Restrictions: Guests may not receive mail or packages at the property. Mailbox access is not available, and management is not responsible for lost or stolen deliveries.
- No Refunds for Malfunctions: Refunds will not be provided for temporary malfunctions of utilities, appliances, or amenities.
Checkout & Care
- Guests must leave the property in good condition. Additional cleaning fees may apply if necessary.
- Do not rearrange furniture.
- All trash must be placed in the designated bins or left alongside the inside garage wall if bins are full. Let the Customer Support team know if pickup is needed.
- Follow all checkout procedures provided by the property manager.
Liability & Disclaimers
- Lock all doors when leaving the property. The property is not responsible for items left behind or lost/stolen during your stay.
- Guests use all amenities (including any pool, spa, or hot tub) at their own risk.
- Guests are responsible for plumbing blockages unless caused by faulty equipment or tree roots.
- No refunds or compensation will be issued for issues resulting from weather or natural disasters.
