- Parking is available. Therefore, everyone driving a vehicle within the resort will need a parking pass. Parking passes are limited for each villa and home. There is a complimentary parking pass for one to two nights only.

Property was even better than in the pictures. Very spacious and clean. There were a couple things wrong - missing light bulbs and a broken toilet seat - which we addressed and were fixed immediately. Also there was confusion with the car pass I prepurchased which was frustrating upon arrival but Brandi was very professional and straightened it out.

25% Refund: Receive a 25% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 65 days before check-in.
No Refund: Reservations canceled 64 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds subject to a 75% processing fee of the total.
Things you need to know
Bed linens and bath towels are provided. A standard supply of towels consisting of two bath towels, one hand towel, and one washcloth per person (not to exceed maximum occupancy). Linens for the sleeper sofa will be provided for the bed.
Towel bundles and additional linens can be provided for a fee.
Beach chairs and beach towels are not provided.
The pool can be heated June through October for an additional fee, the heat add-on is not available November through May.
The community pools are opened seasonally, the dates vary and are subject to change.
Recently banned single-use plastic bags, we suggest that you bring your own bags if you’ll need to do some grocery shopping.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Please do not use home or villa linens as beach blankets.
- No motorcycles, motorized scooters/skateboards of any kind are permitted. No RVs, campers, and trailers of any kind are not permitted in gate areas. Off-resort storage arrangements must be made for boats, jet skis, and kayaks. Also, no commercial vehicles with any type of company signage or wrapping are allowed.
- Please help keep the resort beautiful by depositing all debris in litter receptacles. Place garbage bags in the service yard or the disposal chute for collection. Please do not place your garbage by the curb or any secondary location.
- Please do not place towels and bathing suits on railings or balconies.
- Do not place hammocks/swings, signs, balloons, or other lawn ornaments on the property.
- Cyclists and pedestrians shall use leisure paths where available. Automobiles have the right of way.
- Fireworks are prohibited; burning of any kind is prohibited.
- No swimming in lakes or lagoons.
- Parking on the roadway is not permitted. Parking on lawns is not permitted. Park in designated parking spaces only. Any improperly parked vehicles may be towed at the owner’s expense.
- Mail/packages can not be delivered to individual residences within the resort.
- Loud music or excessive noise is not allowed at any time.
- The property association can approve the commercial use of drones through their application process, but use by guests is prohibited. This includes flying a drone around or through a fireworks show.
