The first-floor primary suite offers a king bed, HDTV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and sunken tub, while the fifth bedroom provides cozy accommodations with two beds and an en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, three additional bedrooms, each with their own en-suite bathrooms, ensure privacy and comfort for all guests. Two bedrooms feature king beds and luxurious bathrooms, making them ideal for secondary primary suites, complete with double vanities, walk-in showers, and soaking tubs. The final bedroom offers twin beds and a private bath, perfect for kids or extra guests. Outside, a stunning pool area overlooks the ocean, complete with a large pool, spa, and plenty of lounge chairs for soaking up the sun. The private boardwalk provides direct access to the beach, while the gas grill and outdoor dining areas make alfresco meals a breeze. Parking information
- Everyone driving a vehicle within the resort will need a parking pass. Parking passes are limited for each villa and home. Complimentary parking for one to two nights only. - There is one vehicle pass per villa rental and two vehicle passes per house rental included with each reservation, car passes are required to enter the gates of Palmetto Dunes Resort. Depending on the neighborhood/location, there are limitations on how many parking passes can be ordered.

25% Refund: Receive a 25% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 65 days before check-in.
No Refund: Reservations canceled 64 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds subject to a 75% processing fee of the total.
Things you need to know
Bed linens and bath towels are provided. A standard supply of towels consisting of two bath towels, one hand towel, and one washcloth per person (not to exceed maximum occupancy).
Towel bundles and additional linens can be provided for a fee.
Beach chairs and beach towels are not provided.
The community pools are opened seasonally, the dates vary and are subject to change.
The pool and spa can be heated (June - October) for an additional fee.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Please do not use home or villa linens as beach blankets.
- No motorcycles, motorized scooters/skateboards of any kind are permitted. No RVs, campers, and trailers of any kind are not permitted in gate areas. Off-resort storage arrangements must be made for boats, jet skis, and kayaks. Also, no commercial vehicles with any type of company signage or wrapping are allowed.
- The heat pump that is used in private homes pulls the air from the outside and uses that to heat the pool, it does not generate heat. During the fall, winter, and spring the temperatures usually dip below 50 degrees and essentially make the heater unusable.
- Damage Protection is available with your reservation. Damage protection is nonrefundable and provides coverage for any accidental damage to the property and its contents.
- All accommodations are non-smoking. Any evidence of smoking will be addressed through “Damages”, as outlined above, and be the responsibility of the Guest.
- As per the regulations outlined in the Town of Hilton Head ordinance (#95-05), there are specific restrictions on noise during designated hours. Furthermore, any unruly or disruptive behavior, regardless of the time, can result in the termination of this agreement. In such cases, the guest will be required to leave the premises, and any remaining payments will be forfeited.
- In the case of unforeseen mechanical problems with the heating of pools & hot tubs, we will try to correct the problem in a timely manner, but no adjustment will be made to the rental rate or fees associated with heating. Heating costs will not be prorated for stays less than seven nights.
