Gulf-front position with direct beach access. This third-floor condo sits within TOPS'L Beach & Racquet Resort in Miramar Beach, with the Gulf of Mexico directly outside and white sand accessible from the building. The private balcony looks out over the water — a genuine Gulf-front orientation, not a distant view.
Resort amenity package is unusually deep. The property draws on the full TOPS'L Beach & Racquet Resort infrastructure: multiple pools (including an indoor/outdoor heated pool and hot tub at the TOPS'L Club fitness center, plus a beachfront outdoor pool), sauna, steam room, and a fitness center with complimentary aerobics and yoga classes. On-site dining is available at Blue Dunes Grille on the pool deck, with additional bars and a tiki bar on the resort grounds.
Tennis and pickleball included. The resort's award-winning tennis center offers 12 clay courts with free use for guests, plus a pro shop, ball machine, and weekly clinics and round-robins. Tides guests also have exclusive access to dedicated pickleball courts. The sports lawn adds shuffleboard, basketball, and a putting course.
In-unit setup supports a self-contained stay. The fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, elevator access, and parking for two vehicles make this a practical choice for longer visits. Both bedrooms have attached bathrooms. The unit accommodates up to six.

This place is a gem. It is so clean and so minimally decorated, which allows for relaxation! Love how the ocean peeks through. The large balcony is hard to beat. The walk to the beach is short. The pools are wonderful. We ate at the restaurant on site every night and it didn’t disappoint. Was perfect to let the kids swim while ordering food and just chilling. Would stay here a million times over!
