Our vacation home, located in the serene neighborhood of Eagles Nest, is a newly constructed haven that promises an unforgettable retreat. Boasting three beautiful bedrooms, this mountain-view property offers a cozy ambiance that will make you feel right at home. Please be aware that there is some ongoing construction in the vicinity, scheduled from Monday to Saturday between 7 am and 7 pm (February 2023). Indulge your culinary desires in our modern kitchen, complete with elegant granite countertops, sleek stainless steel appliances, and a state-of-the-art 5 burner gas range. After a day of adventure, unwind in the inviting living room, where you can catch up on your favorite shows on the Smart TV. Our vacation home comes with fantastic amenities to enhance your stay. Challenge your friends and family to a thrilling game of Shuffleboard or experience the excitement of an electronic football arcade game. For more relaxed entertainment, we offer a variety of board games, puzzles, and even a lending library. With both an indoor and outdoor gas fireplace on the covered deck, you can enjoy cozy evenings outdoors or gather around the wood burning firepit in the backyard for a delightful barbecue. Don't forget to take in the stunning sunset views while you relax on the covered front porch. When it's time to rest, choose a book from our in-house lending library and settle into one of the three comfortable bedrooms. The main level features a luxurious King suite with a private bath boasting a beautifully tiled shower. Additionally, there is another full bath with a tub/shower combination located off the kitchen. Upstairs, you'll find a loft with a queen-sized sleeper sofa, a King bedroom, and a third bedroom with two sets of built-in twin bunk beds. A third full bathroom with a tub/shower is conveniently situated between the bedrooms. Each of the King bedrooms has its own Smart TV, and there is an additional TV in the loft area. Our vacation home is conveniently located just a few steps away from Eagles Nest Winery, where you can enjoy daily membership options. Within a short walk, you'll also find the North Pavilion, which houses a bistro, basketball court, helipads, soccer field, and the Sportsmans lodge. If you're up for some outdoor adventure, Off Road Adventures offers ATV and electric bike rentals on-site. And for those seeking snowy slopes or breathtaking hiking trails, Sugar Mountain, Ski Beech, and Grandfather Mountains are all just a short drive away.

Things you need to know
All linens and towels are provided for your stay.
Eagles Nest is an up-and-coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7 am-7 pm Monday through Saturday.
The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and a cash bar for food and drinks.
All properties are set up for light housekeeping, including linens and towels. We provide a starter set of toilet tissue, paper towels, bath toiletries, dish soap, and trash bags. This is enough for one or two nights, but if you are staying for an extended length of time, you should plan to bring some supplies from home or plan to purchase these items at a grocery store when you arrive.
All Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
Homes are not stocked with cooking oils or spices, hairdryers, condiments, coffee, coffee filters, or food storage items including plastic wrap or foil.
Restrictions
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATVs.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment, etc.)
- Please be aware that some properties are not equipped with air conditioning. KEY is not responsible for weather conditions at the time of tenancy, and there will be no refunds or switching of properties due to a lack of air conditioning.
- Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night.
- No refunds will be granted for unsatisfactory housekeeping, but every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate your needs.
- We cannot be responsible for changes made by the Owner to the furnishings or equipment in the units. There will be no refunds due to the property not being decorated or accommodated to Tenant’s individual preference or due to minor discrepancies with the website.
- We do not permit anyone to check in on Christmas Day, Thanksgiving Day, or Easter Sunday under any circumstances.
- Refrain from roasting marshmallows in our gas-log fireplaces.
