KEY Curation Notes

Private beach access via gated path, approximately a 3-minute walk from the house. The home sits third from the Gulf, south of 30A, with a gate code provided at check-in — the beach stays notably uncrowded compared to nearby public access points.

Private heated pool with outdoor shower, al fresco dining, and a gas grill. The pool deck includes an enclosed outdoor shower; a second rinse shower is located near the driveway for rinsing off before coming inside.

Six-person golf cart and adult bikes are included. The golf cart makes it easy to reach nearby restaurants, shops, and happy hour spots along 30A without moving the car.

The kitchen is stocked to a notably high standard — KitchenAid and Vitamix appliances, a new range and refrigerator, and ample cookware and serving ware for a group cooking at the house.

Four bedrooms across two floors sleep up to 12. The primary suite is upstairs with Gulf views and a private en-suite bath. One bedroom has four twin beds; another has a queen plus a double. There is also a sofa bed in the primary bedroom area.

Parking is limited to 2 vehicles. Plan accordingly if your group is arriving in multiple cars.

Starter supplies are provided but minimal — KEY.co can arrange grocery delivery before your arrival so the kitchen is stocked and ready when you check in.
