Things you need to know
Pool Heat is optional and requires a $75/night ($400/week) fee. The Spa is included with your stay. Payment & request must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival to ensure the pool will be heated at arrival.
Pack-n-play and highchair are available upon request.

- We have a ZERO TOLERANCE Party Policy. The City of Scottsdale takes noise disturbances very seriously and can result in fines & the removal of this listing from the various platforms.
- Property is equipped with a Ring doorbell as well as front facing security cameras at each corner of the home and back yard acces used to monitor real occupancy and for emergency purposes only.
- Properties also includes a Minut noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels).
