This completely renovated 3,500 square foot, five-bedroom home is located in the gated Keauhou Estates community on the Kona Coast. It offers a chef's kitchen with stainless steel appliances perfect for large family gatherings. The tastefully appointed bedrooms will make you feel right at home. Enjoy waking up to sprawling views of the electric blue Pacific Ocean. Spend the day lounging by the pool with a mai tai in hand. Unwind while you watch the sunset and grill the local catch of the day. The home is in close proximity to the vibrant town of Kona, where you will be able to enjoy shopping and world-class dining. The dry, sunny weather near Kona is ideal for visiting one of the many nearby beaches. Kahalu'u has some of the best snorkeling on the island with calm waters and large populations of native sea turtles.

Set inside Keauhou Estates, a 24/7 guard-gated community five minutes south of Kailua-Kona. Ocean views from nearly every room of this 3,500-square-foot home, with west-facing sunsets over the Pacific.

Some of the Big Island's best snorkeling for sea turtles and reef fish sits a four-minute drive away at Kahalu'u Beach Park. Keauhou Bay is three minutes down the hill, and the Kona Country Club is two minutes from the door.

The extra-deep private pool is the centerpiece, and it's larger than the photos suggest. Heating runs $75 per night on request; the water sits comfortably without it in warmer months. The oversized lanai includes a full outdoor kitchen, grill, dining area, and an outdoor bathroom.

Five bedrooms sleep twelve, with four opening to private lanais. One king has an en-suite; the remaining bedrooms share bathrooms. Bedroom doors are louvered, so downstairs rooms catch sound from the kitchen and living area.

The chef's kitchen carries custom Koa wood cabinets, quartz counters, and full stainless steel appliances, with a dining table that fits ten and counter seating for four more. The garage gear closet stocks beach chairs, snorkel sets, boogie boards, paddleboards, and coolers.

Parking holds four vehicles between the driveway and garage. WiFi runs inconsistently across the full footprint of the house, so pack a hotspot if streaming or working remotely matters on your trip.
