Gated oceanfront community on the Kohala Coast. Set inside OneOcean's private enclave at Mauna Lani Resort, with over 3,000 square feet of indoor-outdoor living across the main residence and a detached ohana cottage. Kona International is roughly 20 miles south.
Private saline pool, hot tub, and lanai with built-in grill. The lagoon-style pool and spa sit in a landscaped courtyard off the main lanai, which has shaded dining and a wet bar. Pool heat is complimentary up to 78 degrees; warmer requires a fee through the concierge.
Mauna Lani Beach Club access included. A key card grants entry to the private beach club roughly five minutes by car, with calm-water snorkeling, beach loungers, ocean gear, and Napua Restaurant on the sand. A four-seater golf cart comes with the home.
OneOcean's Ocean Club and Sports & Wellness Club are walkable. The Ocean Club has a cliff-edge infinity pool, whirlpool spas, cabanas, a whale-watching platform, and Fishermen's Trail access to a black sand beach. The Sports & Wellness Club adds a lagoon pool, fitness center, and a 5.5-acre park.
Every bedroom is en-suite, with two primaries and a detached ohana cottage. A downstairs Cal King primary opens to its own lanai and pool area with a bamboo outdoor shower off the spa bath. The upstairs King primary commands the second floor with an office nook and a twin daybed. The ohana cottage off the courtyard adds a queen suite with a wet bar.
Chef's kitchen built for cooking in. Wolf gas range, double ovens, Sub-Zero refrigeration, wine fridge, and granite counters open to the lanai through electronic pocket doors. Beach gear is stocked on-site — chairs, towels, and boogie boards — and KEY.co can handle grocery delivery before arrival.
IRONMAN World Championship on October 10, 2026. Expect significant road closures and traffic across Kona and the Kohala Coast that week. Worth planning around if travel falls in early October.
