This newly built luxury home with stunning views overlooking the pacific gave us the perfect way to start 2025. It is absolutely stunning! The interior design and decor are sophisticated but had just enough island charm. The house and live edge pool overlooks a beautiful and rarely used golf course. Even though you have this expansive open concept lanais, we still felt like we had all the privacy we needed. We enjoyed many amazing cocktail hours and sunsets from the lanais. The kitchen and great room were great for leisurely meals, in fact we loved the place so much we rarely left other than to enjoy the local beaches. We also took a hike up behind the property to find a quaint local organic farm and wonderful walking paths. The property has all the amenities you want or expect in a 5 star hotel, but you also have the benefits of a private home. 90% Refund: Receive a 90% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 46 days before check-in.
50% Refund: Receive a 50% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 31 days before check-in.
No Refund: Reservations canceled 45 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.

The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream, complete with top-tier appliances, generous granite countertops, and a massive island with bar seating for six.
It is important to note that guests do not have access to the Club at Kukuiula. Additionally, there is construction next door. Please inquire for more details.
Restrictions
- Please note that a mandatory mid-stay cleaning fee of $250 plus tax applies to all stays of 14 days or longer.
- The property is for the sole use as a personal vacation residence for families and responsible adults. Commercial, business or event use is strictly prohibited unless previously agreed to in writing, extra charges may apply.
- Guest’s rental charges are based on normal utility usage. We recommend turning off air conditioning when gone, and that all doors and windows are shut if the air conditioning is on. In the event that Guest’s usage results in unusually high charges, Guest agrees to pay for the additional charges beyond those deemed normal for the Property. A 4.5% Payment Processing Fee will be added to this charge. Stays of greater than 30 days may be subject to a utility cap.
- KEY is not responsible for mail or deliveries sent to the property before, during or after Guest stays.
- Out of respect for the neighborhood and to comply with Short Term Vacation Rental regulations, we ask that excessive noise be kept to an absolute minimum.
- All contents of the house, including books, cds and dvds, are provided for your full enjoyment for use during your stay. Please note: A full inventory of the house is taken. Please let us know ahead of time if something is broken or lost, it is very much appreciated.
- It is a tradition in Hawaii to remove your shoes before entering a home. Kindly remove shoes upon entering the home.
- Please do not move any furniture around to avoid damaging floors or furniture. Also, please use caution when eating or drinking near any furniture, upholstery, or bedding. Please do not put any wet clothes, bathing suits on the furniture or balcony and/or lanais rails. Interior furniture is to be used only inside. Moving furniture is discouraged. When moving dining chairs or bar stools, please be careful to avoid floor damage. Use lanai furniture on lanai only.
- Please shake out all of your towels and sandy clothes. Please rinse off by the outside shower.
- Beach towels have been provided for your enjoyment. Please do not use the regular towels for the beach use. Remember to shake off sand before bringing them into the house to put in the washing machine.
- Beach equipment may be available at the property for use during your stay. By using this equipment, the Guest agrees to follow all manufacturer instructions and safety guidelines and assumes all liability for any loss, damages, or injuries incurred while using it. Guests are also responsible for rinsing off and returning all equipment after each use.
- Washer and Dryer: Please use with care. Never put sandy towels or shoes in the machines. This can result in damaging the machine. Please make sure the lint trap is cleaned after each dry cycle.
- When leaving the home unattended, or during the night, please close and lock all windows and doors. Be cautious with your personal belongings at all times.
- Please clean up spills immediately. If on linens, pillows etc. – Please wash asap to avoid stains.
- Please remember that the ocean has a strong current and powerful surf. Swim at your own risk. Swimming at “pounders beach” is not recommended except for experienced surfers. Swimming at night is especially dangerous and should not be done by anyone.
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Please be thoughtful of our neighbors, no loud music or excessive noise between the quiet hours.
