Dining is effortless, with seating for up to 14 between the generous table and bar. A wall of windows frames picturesque ski area views, while the main-level deck invites relaxation with a gas grill, seating, and a firepit. After a day on the slopes or exploring Main Street just over a mile away, unwind in the private hot tub or gather in the lower-level media room for a cozy evening in. Each bedroom features its own en-suite bath, including a luxurious primary suite with a steam shower, soaking tub, and its own fireplace. The home offers both convenience and serenity, with shuttle access just two blocks away and thoughtful amenities throughout—from high-speed internet to plush furnishings. Outside The Bubble is a beautiful place with sleek, modern decor. It was very clean and had supplies for all needs. Has great space for a large family or 2 smaller families. Everything was in working order even all of the lights and lamps. Location on the street is quiet and tucked in and the location to the ski lodge and downtown could not be better. Communication with management was easy and they responded immediately to any questions or concerns. We would absolutely stay here again.

Things you need to know
Sundries and linens are not replaced during your stay. For an additional fee, mid-week cleaning and daily maid service can be arranged. Please contact us in advance to arrange that service.
The home is stocked with:

Kitchens - cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
An initial supply of:

Restrictions
Guests & Occupancy
- Primary renter must be 25+ (or 30+, depending on property) and must be present for the stay. Government-issued ID and a matching credit card may be required at booking and check-in.
- Occupancy is strictly limited to the number stated on the reservation. A guest list with names and ages may be required.
- The booking guest is responsible for all occupants, visitors, and any damages incurred during the stay.
- Reservations obtained under false pretenses may result in immediate eviction without refund.
- Residential use only. Property must be used respectfully and in compliance with all house rules and HOA regulations.
Events & Noise
- No parties, weddings, receptions, or event gatherings are permitted unless explicitly approved in writing by management.
- Guests must maintain a quiet, family-friendly environment at all times and comply with local noise ordinances and HOA rules.
Prohibited Activities
- Pets: Not allowed unless the property is explicitly pet-friendly and approved in advance. Unauthorized pets: $1,000 fee + cleaning costs, possible eviction.
- Smoking or vaping: Strictly prohibited inside all properties. Violation fee: $1,000 + cleaning costs, possible eviction.
- Illegal substances, activities, or violations of local laws are strictly prohibited and may result in eviction without refund.
- Don't pet the Moose.
Equipment & Amenities
- Mountain terrain may require all-wheel or 4WD vehicles, especially in winter. Some homes require AWD for access _(check in advance)_.
- Hot Tubs & Fireplaces _(if equipped)_:
- Use at your own risk. No unsupervised children.
- Maximum hot tub temperature: 104°F.
- No use while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- Guests with medical conditions should consult a physician prior to use.
- Damage caused by misuse will be charged to the guest.
- Internet, TVs, pools, hot tubs, firewood, and other amenities vary by property and are not guaranteed.
- Most properties do not have air conditioning.
- Shared amenities may have seasonal closures.
- Report all maintenance issues promptly. Mechanical failures may occur and do not qualify for refunds or rate adjustments.
- Parking Rules: Limited, not guaranteed, and often restricted to 1 space per unit due to HOA rules. Some properties charge daily parking fees. Parking is first-come, first-served.
- Locked owner closets, garages, or storage areas are off-limits.
Checkout & Care
- Late departure: $500 fee + $500 per additional hour.
- Guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness during their stay. Excessive mess, including hot tubs, may result in additional cleaning fees.
- Departure Procedures:
- Place dishes in dishwasher and run it
- Remove trash to proper containers
- Return furniture to original placement
- Lock all doors and windows
- Leave linens on the floor and beds unmade
- Report any damage or maintenance issues before departure
