- The total number of motor vehicles allowed on the Property for Guest and Guest’s invitees shall not exceed two (2). - Guest shall be provided access to one (1) garage bay for parking. - Guest or Guest’s invitees shall not park on subdivision streets, lawns or any area other than the paved driveway of the residence on the Property. - Any vehicles of Guest or Guest’s invitees parked outside of the paved driveway will be towed at Guest's expense.

The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Our family and friends had an amazing stay at Horsethief Canyon. The home comfortably slept our 11 guests and the property was in pristine condition. The kids loved using the movie theater room, pool table, and foosball table. The hot tub was lovely and clean, the kitchen well equipped, and the furnishings clean and comfortable. Overall we had an excellent stay and would recommend this property to friends and family.

The safety of our guests, our staff and our town is of the utmost importance to us. We are following CDC guidelines and spending additional time in each home to disinfect and sanitize. Whenever possible, we are providing guests a virtual assist option to avoid direct contact.
The property is not air-conditioned.
Mid-stay housekeeping is not included with your rental. If you would like to schedule housekeeping during your stay, please coordinate prior to arriving in Jackson for pricing and availability.
All of our beds are dressed with the highest quality linens available in Jackson. You'll find the same linen adorning rooms in the Four Seasons and luxury homes across the valley.
Pillows and duvets are provided by the homeowner. If you have questions about the material or a feather allergy please contact us directly.
Each sleeping position will receive two full sets of clean, plush towels for use during the rental. A set of towels includes a bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth.
Our travel-sized Guild + Pepper collection shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and lotion are available at each shower, bath, and sink in the home.
Paper products include two rolls of toilet paper for each toilet, one box of tissue for each sink, and two rolls of paper towels for each kitchen sink.
We do provide a bin of extra paper products. You are welcome to take from this supply, but a premium charge will be assessed. Guests are encouraged to purchase additional supplies themselves.
Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are immediately available to you. We provide a sample-size bottle of detergent, approximated at 6 loads.
Kitchen supplies include a small box of trash bags, a new sponge, a pack of six dishwasher detergent tablets, a small dish soap, and a sampler of coffee from Snake River Roasting Company.
Each home is outfitted as if it were being lived in year-round and our kitchens are fully functional. If you notice an item that is absent, please let us know. We are always happy to make suggestions to our owners to continuously improve the guest experience at their homes.
Homes with wood-burning fireplaces will be provided with starter logs, lighters, and firewood to burn. Nothing quite like a roaring fire during a vacation in the Tetons!
Homes with propane grills will have a backup tank of propane available.
While these supplies are not meant to last for your entire stay, we would be happy to replenish them by request for a fee.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- The total number of persons occupying the Property shall not exceed the sleeping capacity of the home, and the total number of persons in the Property at any one time for a dinner, party, or any other purpose shall not exceed one-and-a-half times the sleeping capacity of the home.
- Manager will provide Guest (as applicable) security codes, keys, and/or garage or gate openers to allow Guest to access the Property. Guest shall not alter, rekey, install any locks, or alter in any way security codes or systems. Guest shall return all keys, codes, garage or gate openers in proper working order to Manager at the end of the Rental Term.
- No tents, teepees, campers, RV’s, or temporary shelters of any kind may be erected on the grounds of the Property.
- Under no circumstances shall guests move or remove any furniture, fixtures, and/or furnishing from the property.
- Always maintain an internal temperature in the residential structure(s) that will prevent water and sewer pipes from freezing.
- No pets of any kind are allowed in or on the Property.
- No smoking or use of illegal substances is allowed on the Property.
- Guest agrees to leave the Property in the same condition in which it was provided to Guest. In the event there is damage to or theft from the Property during or as a result of Guest Parties’ occupancy under this Agreement, such damage shall be repaired (including any additional cleaning fees) at Guest’s sole cost, either as a deduction from the Damage Deposit or via charge to Guest’s credit card.
- Any foodstuffs or supplies located in or on the Property shall be used at the sole risk of Guest Parties, and Guest agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold Manager and Owner harmless from any and all claims arising from the use of such supplies or foodstuffs by Guest or any other Guest Party.
- Guest agrees to comply with all sanitary laws, ordinances, rules, and orders of appropriate governmental authorities affecting the cleanliness, occupancy, and preservation of the Property during Guest’s occupation of the Property, and all Covenants, neighborhood rules, and regulations etc. Manager has provided Guest a copy of any neighborhood rules and regulations applicable to the Property. Guest acknowledges receipt of same and that Guest has read them.
- The property is located in a residential neighborhood. Guest agrees to use the Property in a manner so as not to disturb or be a nuisance to neighboring properties.
