We had the most amazing stay at Sunset Bay! The property was perfect for our group of three couples. It is spacious, super clean, and extremely comfortable. There are so many things to do in the area, but most of all we enjoyed relaxing on the dockside patio. The sunsets are incredible! When we did venture out our favorite spot on the island was the community pool at the Perry Hotel. It is just a few blocks from Sunset Bay. We ordered delicious cocktails from the bar located right next to the pool. There are many dining options on Stock Island including coffee shops, food trucks, and restaurants which are also just a few minutes away. Hogfish Bar and Grill was a fun spot with live music! Everything was super convenient! Duval Street is a short and scenic 10 minute golf cart ride from Stock Island and the airport is less than 10 minutes away. We are already looking forward to our next stay at Sunset Bay. We had everything we needed for a perfect, relaxing vacation.

No Refund: Reservations canceled 29 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.

- Renter is liable for any damage to the property that occurs during occupancy.
- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
- The number of people present at the Property may not exceed the maximum posted occupancy unless we have given you advance written permission to hold an event at the Property, in which case the number of people present at the Property may not exceed the maximum number of people authorized by the Property Management.
- All guests shall abide good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
- Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property without our express written permission. (If approved, additional conditions and fees may apply.)
- Tents or other structures may not be erected.
- The use of charcoal grills is not allowed.
- To prevent theft of or damage to furnishings or your personal property, close and lock doors and windows when you are not present at the Property and upon check-out.
- You and other Occupants agree to conduct yourselves throughout your stay in a manner that is respectful of and not disruptive to neighbors, traffic flow, or the community and that will not prompt complaints from police, neighbors, or neighborhood or homeowner associations.
- No animals or pets of any kind are permitted at the Property except (1) as specifically authorized in your reservation, or (2) bona fide service animals that we are required by law to allow. Emotional support animals are not permitted except as authorized pets.
- Use of the Property for any criminal activity is prohibited and may result in fines, prosecution, and/or your immediate removal from the Property.
- If the Property has access to amenities that are shared with other properties, such as a shared pool, hot tub, parking lot, or fitness center, the availability and condition of those amenities are outside our control.
- The Property is provided as is, and we are not responsible for the inoperability or unavailability of any amenities.
