Neighborhood: Depot - Tot Subdivision - The location of this beautiful home could not be better, just steps from the Town of Telluride Free Gondola station (less than one block to the gondola) which runs in summer and winter. In winter chair 8 is right there as well. In summer enjoy the farmer's market one block over or the short 5-10 minute walk to Town Park. This home keeps you close to everything you need or want in Telluride! - Short walk to Main street, shops and restaurants - 3-minute walk to gondola - 10-minute walk to Town Park - Easy walk to Lift 8 and lift ticket window - Blocks from Telluride Medical Center - Golf course within 30 min drive
Parking information
- There is a single-car garage available for parking as well as one on-street parking permit for the nearest parking zone. The single-car garage will fit an average to large vehicle, but Suburban sized/type vehicles or roof boxes or hitches may be a challenge to fit and will likely need to park on the street. - Some properties have** **an** **electronic parking pass and will allow you street parking anywhere in the specific Parking Zone, designated by the Town of Telluride. - In order to have legal use of this permit, you MUST text or email us the following: Name of Property, Driver's name, license plate number, and license plate state. We will enter this information into the Telluride Marshall's registry for your pass to be valid. - Parking permits are required/enforced from 8 am to 6 pm. - Please observe parking signs to make sure you are parked in the right zone for this home. Parking citations will be charged to guest folio if the violation is due to non-compliance with posted parking guidelines.

Our family had an amazing stay this summer - the house was extremely comfortable, stocked up and beautifully decorated! Everything we could possibly need during our stay was there for us - a fully set up kitchen, soaps, laundry, lots of towels and sheets. it truly felt like home. And the team was extremely helpful and responsive on all questions and concerns. We can't wait to come back!

Please note this unit does not have A/C, same as most units in Telluride, except for third floor.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Smoking is not permitted in the condo or anywhere on the premises, including decks, balconies, or communal outdoor areas. This includes cigarettes, marijuana & cigars. Fines start at $500 & can be as high as $1000 for larger properties.
- If you left something behind and need us to return it to you, there will be a $25 service fee in addition to the cost of shipping. Property Management is not liable for any items left behind. It is the guest's responsibility to ensure the property is thoroughly checked prior to departure. Property Management will make its best efforts to ensure any items left behind are located and returned to guests. However, Property Management is not ultimately responsible for left items.
