Beautiful home! We had the best time staying at Conch Shell as a group in f adults. Everyone had their own space to stretch out in. The property managers were great and gave us plenty of useful information, even recommending a great chef to come in and prepare dinner one night. The housekeeper is very sweet and did an amazing job. Property is a close walk to some great restaurants and an easy golf cart ride away to the beach. Will definitely be coming back to this property.

  • Bath towels are not to be taken to the beach or pool.
  • Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
  • Patio furniture is not to be taken to the beach.
  • The Renter has access to all the rooms in the house with the exception of the locked closets and pantries.
  • The total number of persons allowed in the houses at any one time is restricted to the number of persons scheduled and paid for in the reservation. The presence of additional guests will subject the Renter to immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
  • Parties and events are not permitted without the written permission of the Homeowner.
  • It is the Renter’s responsibility to report any problems or damage immediately to the local property manager.
  • The renter and members of his/her group are prohibited from using or bringing onto the property any illegal substances, flammable fluids, explosives, or items deemed hazardous to life, limb, or property.
  • The homeowner is in no way responsible for any personal injury or bodily harm that may occur on the property to any Renter or their guests, nor for any damage or loss of Renter’s personal belongings.
  • U.S. and Canadian cell phones work on the island. The reception is quite good. Your cell phone carrier will probably charge you expensive international roaming charges, so check with your carrier.
