Beautiful place! Rented it to celebrate 2 of my adult kids birthdays. Well maintained and stocked with nearly everything you would need. You will have a well stocked kitchen. Beds are comfortable and clean! Garage is stocked full of everything you need for the beach. THE LOCATION IS AMAZING!!!! I cannot say enough about this beautiful home. I will definitely rent it again.

Things you need to know
All properties come fully equipped with television(s), linens, dishes and utensils and an initial supply of soap and paper goods. Other amenities vary per property.
The home is equipped with exterior security cameras in the underground garage area only. These cameras are for security purpose only. There are no interior cameras.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Guests cannot exceed the number listed in the property description. Additional daytime guests must leave by 10:00 PM. House parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate eviction with no refunds.
- Noise ordinances are enforced 24/7. After 10:00 PM, voices and music should be kept to a reasonable level, and conversations should move indoors with windows and doors closed to avoid disturbing neighbors. Noise violations will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
- Garbage should be bagged and placed in the designated trash or recycle bins. Contact the office if bins are full.
- Do not exceed the designated parking spots, block driveways, or use other parking spaces. Parking is limited in many areas, and no refunds will be given if your vehicle doesn’t fit. Verify parking space dimensions if needed.
- Guests assume all risks for damage to personal property, including furniture, appliances, and landscaping, during their stay. Tenants must hold the property owner harmless from liability for any damages.
- The property is for residential use only. Tenants must comply with all local laws and ordinances and ensure their use of the property does not increase insurance rates or lead to policy cancellation.
- No smoking is allowed. If smoking occurs, guests will be responsible for damages, including odor removal, and may be evicted.
- Events are prohibited. Excessive noise or neighbor complaints will result in immediate removal from the property.
- The owner is not liable for loss, damage, or injury to persons or property, nor for inconveniences caused by temporary outages or weather conditions beyond their control.
- No refunds will be given for service outages or issues related to personal preferences.
- Most properties do not have air conditioning. If available, it should not be set below 72°F or heat above 78°F. Doors and windows must be closed when heating or cooling is in use. No refunds for malfunctioning HVAC units.
- The manager is not responsible for lost or abandoned items. Efforts will be made to return items, but unclaimed items after 30 days may be donated or sold.
- Pets are not allowed unless specified. Unauthorized pets may result in eviction, and guests will be responsible for all related damages and remediation costs. If a dog left unattended causes a disturbance, it may lead to immediate removal from the property without a refund.
- Tenants release the property owner from any injury claims related to the stay and agree to cover legal fees in the event of any disputes.
- Occupancy limits, including infants and children, must not be exceeded as posted for each home.
- No kegs, RVs, or campers are allowed on the premises.
- Any maintenance issues should be reported immediately.
- The property owner may enter without notice for necessary repairs or inspections but will try to notify guests in advance.
- Subletting or assigning the rental to others is prohibited.
