- This canal-front property is just three houses from Lake LBJ. - If you're planning a road trip from central Texas to Granite Shoals, we're conveniently located for easy access. It's just a one-hour and 15-minute drive to Austin, one hour and 50 minutes to San Antonio, and only one1 hour to Dripping Springs. If you're interested in exploring the Lake LBJ area, we're also close to Mable Falls (15 minutes away) and Kingsland (only 12 minutes away).
Parking information
- Parking is available at the property. The maximum number of guest cars is limited to the amount that will fit in the driveway. - You can also park the boat trailer in the driveway or on the black rock along the front yard. Please DO NOT leave the trailer at the park or in the street.

No Refund: Reservations canceled 64 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.

Things you need to know
Towels, linens, toilet paper, hand soap, dish detergent, cups, knives, forks, spoons, dishes, and other items as commonly used will be provided.
Shampoos, conditioner, bath soap, and other consumables are to be purchased by the Guest, although one set of travel toiletries will be provided.
You are more than welcome to bring your own boat but the slip isn't available. You can tie a boat to the side of the dock, that side has bumpers on it to protect the boat. The nearest boat launch is at Robin Hood Park (.9 miles away). When boating in the canal be sure to stay in the center. It gets shallow on the edges.
Restrictions
- Outdoor spaces are not available for use from 10 PM to 7 AM.
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- No guests under 25 (without a parent or legal guardian).
- The property does not operate as a venue. Reservations are for accommodations only. *This is not a "party house." We kindly ask guests to respect the peaceful ambiance of the property.
- No Bachelor parties.
- No smoking anywhere on the premises. All smoking rules include e-cigarettes and vapor use.
- Towels are never permitted to be taken from the house.
- Food in the refrigerator is available for use by the Guest, however, alcohol, wine, freezer items, and pantry items, are not for the use of the Guest unless specifically indicated.
- Swim at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty.
- Fireworks and other hazardous materials shall not be used in or around the property.
- Guests are not permitted to access areas designated as "owner's closets" or other spaces marked as "private", even if unlocked. These areas contain the homeowner's belongings as well as cleaning supplies and potentially hazardous chemicals that could pose risks to both children and adults.
