KEY Curation Notes

Beachfront with direct Gulf views. This 17th-floor condo sits on the sand, with open Gulf views from the king master and the living room. The 150-plus-square-foot balcony runs the width of the unit with seating and the water in full view.

Two full bathrooms in a one-bedroom layout. The king master has its own en-suite, and the bunk room carries a second full bath with an in-unit full-size front-load washer and dryer.

A private bunk room for kids. Twin-over-twin bunks sit behind their own door with a dedicated TV. The bunks hold a 120-pound weight limit.

Resort pools and hot tubs off the beach. A sprawling lagoon-style pool with waterfalls, a separate indoor pool, and hot tubs anchor the grounds, with tiki bars open seasonally.

A fully renovated interior. New furnishings, lighting, and coastal decor throughout, plus a modern kitchen with stainless appliances, granite counters, and breakfast-bar seating for four.

Parking information

- You may purchase only one parking pass for this unit. If you have more than 1 vehicle, you will need to park off-site. - All guests must pre-register online to purchase your parking pass(es) and amenity wristbands (RFID). After booking, we’ll send you a unit-specific registration link. Upon arrival, you must stop by the onsite concierge upon arrival to pick up your packet. Onsite Parking Details - Use the main entrance portico when you arrive. - Display your QR code to pick up your amenity packet and parking pass. - Garage height limit: 6’10” – Low clearance and tight turns. - Oversized vehicles (over 6’7”) may use ground-level oversized parking on a first-come, first-served basis. - Display your parking pass on the dashboard at all times. Additional Parking Notes - Motorcycles: Park in the 15-minute zone near the main entrance. - Small trailers: Allowed only on the 12th floor of the garage. - Security: Property Patrol keeps motorcycles centralized for added safety. Contact them for onsite parking issues. Offsite Parking Options - If you’re bringing an additional vehicle, you’ll need to park any additional vehicles in public beach lots nearby. The closest is Ripley’s Believe It or Not public lot, just around the corner. There are 3 more public parking locations we will share with booking guests. Use the Passport Parking App to pay and manage your parking: you may download via App Store or Google Play or simply visit passportparking's website. No Refund: Reservations canceled 45 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.

Primary renter must be 21 and stay in the unit.
Do not exceed maximum occupancy. Children under 2 count toward occupancy.
Booking guest is responsible for all occupants, visitors, damages, and rule violations.
No subletting, reservation transfers, or booking for another party.

Events & Noise

No Parties or Events: Gatherings exceeding occupancy limits are prohibited.
Quiet Hours: 10 PM–7 AM (or as posted by the community).

Prohibited Activities

Unauthorized pets prohibited. $500 fee plus cleaning/damage charges.
Smoking/vaping is prohibited anywhere on the property. $500 fee plus remediation costs.
No illegal drugs.
No firearms or weapons.
No climbing, jumping, throwing items, or hanging items from railings.

Equipment & Amenities

Wi-Fi: Provided as a convenience; not guaranteed. No refunds for outages.
A/C _(if equipped)_: Keep doors/windows closed when running. Recommended setting: 70–75°F.
Park only in designated areas. No RVs, trailers, boats, or oversized vehicles unless approved. Towing fees are guest responsibility.
Amenity Wristbands: Required at Tidewater. Lost wristbands: $25 + tax each.
Amenities: Availability may be affected by HOA/resort maintenance, inspections, or closures. No refunds for interruptions.
Security Cameras: Exterior cameras may be in use.

Checkout & Care

Leave the property in reasonable condition. Guests are responsible for damage, missing items, and excessive cleaning.
Do not rearrange furniture.
Bag all trash. Do not place large items or cardboard in trash chutes.
Left-behind items may be returned at guest expense; unclaimed items may be discarded after 30 days.
