Parking information
- You will also have access to 2 parking spots in the garage and 2 in the driveway. - There are 4 parking spaces for guests to use. 2 cars can park in the driveway and 2 in the garage. The garage has a 6.5' height and can fit most standard vehicles. Larger vehicles may not fit. Please use the driveway for larger vehicles. - 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days. - Our vacation rental properties may not be accessible to all types of vehicles. Guests are responsible for ensuring their mode of transportation can safely access the property. The rental company is not responsible if a guest's vehicle is unable to reach the home due to the property's terrain, driveway, or other access limitations. Guests should review all property details and communicate any concerns about vehicle access prior to booking.

90% Refund: Receive a 90% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days before check-in.
40% Refund: Receive a 40% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 14 days before check-in.
No Refund: Reservations canceled 29 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds subject to a 10% processing fee of the total.
Things you need to know
Guest will have access to the entire home, outdoor deck, the private sauna, and the shared pool and hot tubs in the building next door.
Please note that before the mountain closes and after the snowflake lift closes, guests can ski down to the Gondola for mountain access. The Snowflake chair isn't open late season. Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Please note that smoking is not permitted. A fee of $1500 will be charged to guests if smoking inside the rental property occurs or evidence is found of smoking inside.
- The elevator is not a toy and small children should not ride or operate it unsupervised. Please respect the elevator and use it appropriately. The elevator is intended for handicapped or elderly individuals. We ask that you use the elevator to take heavy luggage up and down between floors, as to avoid damaging the stairs.
- Please note that the tub is serviced between guests. Sometimes the tub is just chemically treated, but sometimes it has to be drained and refilled. Because of this, please note that the tub may be cold on your arrival and may not be hot on the first night of your stay. As such, if you wish to use it, please ensure you turn it on and turn up the temperature when you arrive. Be sure to keep the cover closed at all times when the tub is not in use.
- Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
- The maximum number of guests allowed at any property is clearly stated and must be adhered to at all times, including daytime visitors. This limit is non-negotiable due to legal and liability reasons.
- Shipping to the property is not recommended due to unreliable delivery services in the mountains. Guests should use local UPS or FedEx stores instead. The company is not responsible for packages that do not arrive, and USPS does not deliver to most areas in Summit County.
- Guests are responsible for ensuring their vehicle can access the rental property, especially if the terrain is challenging. The rental company is not liable if a vehicle cannot reach the property due to access issues. Guests should verify this before booking.
