This property has two active security cameras on premise. One pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed towards the dock
Pool will be heated to a minimum of 80 degrees through the April 1 - October 31 pool season.
Maximize your vacation by arranging boat rental, chef handcrafted meals (delivered and even pre-stocked in your rental before your arrival, all waiting for you at check-in), as well as private chefs, masseuse, watersport rentals, photographer, and other rental options to enhance your stay.
Bed & bath linens, bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion are provided.
Limited amounts of laundry soap, dishwasher soap, trash bags, coffee, coffee creamer, paper towels, toilet paper, and dish detergent are included.
For those vacationing longer than one-week, mid-stay cleaning and linen services are available at an additional charge. These services must be requested in advance. Please coordinate as soon as possible if you would like to make arrangements.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Maximum overnight occupancy is 17; maximum daytime occupancy is 25.
- Lake Norman water levels are managed by Duke Power. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any depth of water at this property.
- Tents, chairs, catering trucks, “slip-n-slides”, pools, blankets, or any other items on the lawn are not permitted. Guest will be responsible for any damages to the lawn in the event these conditions are not observed.
- If the Premises contains a pool, the pool will only be open from April 1 through October 31. Furthermore, if the pool is a heated pool, the temperature will be kept at a minimum of 80 degrees during the Pool Season of April 1 through October 31. All pool activities and swimming are at Guest’s risk.
- No rearranging furniture or leaving the property with extensive trash and debris.
- No unprogramming televisions or adding paid subscriptions.
- No open fires in undesignated areas or grills other than those provided.
- No firearms or fireworks are to be discharged on the Premises or neighborhood.
- No criminal or other illegal activities.
- No ATV vehicles are to be ridden on their grounds.
- No tampering with any locked areas.
- Some houses are equipped with canoes, kayaks, water toys, and floats. KEY does not guarantee that all equipment will always be in working order and there will be no refund if not.
- The property may be protected with security cameras. These cameras are used to protect the property from potential break-ins, theft, and damage, as well as monitor parking and occupancy rules. There are NO cameras projected inside the home.
