Three minutes to Old Town Scottsdale. The house sits within easy walking or driving distance of the restaurants, bars, shops, and stadium that define the Old Town corridor.
Private heated pool and in-ground hot tub, with a daily fee for heating. Pool heat is optional and priced per night; it must be committed to for the full stay and requires at least three days' advance notice. The hot tub carries no additional fee.
Backyard built for groups. The outdoor space includes a custom putting green, gas BBQ grill, fire pit, double cornhole, covered dining and lounge areas, and an outdoor TV — all in a fenced yard.
Five bedrooms across a mix of sleeping configurations. One king suite with a private ensuite, one queen, and three bunk-bed rooms (full-over-full configurations) accommodate up to 16, making this a natural fit for large families or multi-group trips.
Open-concept kitchen and living area with pocket sliders to the pool. The kitchen is outfitted with marble countertops, a large island, bar seating, a Keurig station, and high-end appliances. A foosball table and fireplace round out the indoor entertainment space.
In-home washer and dryer. Useful for extended stays or large groups running through towels and swimwear.
Starter supplies are minimal. Coffee pods are included; beyond that, plan to stock up on arrival. KEY.co can arrange grocery delivery before you check in.
A $1,000 noise deposit is collected at check-in and held against any noise complaints filed during the stay. The City of Scottsdale caps overnight adult occupancy at six; this property sleeps more but is subject to that limit.

Early check -in or late check- out is based on availability, with an extra fee associated.

Pool heating is optional and available for an additional nightly rate and required for the entire stay when chosen. We do not charge for the hot tub.

The pool can be heated during the winter months when the natural pool temperature drops due to lower outside air temperatures. When heated, the temperature will be maintained as best we can during the winter months. As the pools are outside, we have them set for the 87, but as the temps drop, so do the pools. We do heat them, but the colder outside, the harder it is to hold higher temps. It is still heated but not in the 80’s during the colder seasons. We generally recommend that the pool be heated from October 15th through May 31st in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature. To ensure the pool is heated for your arrival, we require a minimum of 3 days' advance notice. If you decide to take advantage of the optional pool/spa heat, it is required for the entire duration of your stay; it can not be turned on and off daily.

Linens, extra pillows, and blankets are provided.

Home is stocked with plush towels and the essential toiletries you’ll need for your stay.

Restrictions

Guests & Occupancy

  • Primary guest must be at least 26 years old and remain on-site for the entire stay; reservations not meeting this may be canceled.
  • Occupancy is strictly limited to the stated maximum and enforced per local ordinances.
  • Guests are financially responsible for all damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, violations, and fines caused by their party; security deposit of $1000–$1500 (refundable if compliant).
  • Only registered guests are allowed; exceeding occupancy may result in immediate removal and forfeiture of all fees.
  • Approved Use of Property: Residential use only; no commercial use, third-party bookings, or separate rental of accessory units.
  • Guests may be required to complete ID verification, occupancy checks, fraud/risk screening, and background screening (if required); failure may result in cancellation or denied entry.
  • Guests must comply with all applicable laws; violations risking permits may result in removal and liability for fines.

Events & Noise

  • Event Policies: Parties, events, gatherings, photoshoots, and commercial activities are prohibited unless pre-approved in writing.
  • Guests must follow all local noise and nuisance ordinances and maintain reasonable noise levels, especially outdoors.

Prohibited Activities

  • Smoking/Vaping: Smoking, vaping, marijuana, and illicit substances are strictly prohibited; odor removal or damage will incur charges.
  • Illegal Substances: Any illegal activity is prohibited and may result in immediate termination without refund.
  • Other Restrictions: Video and photography are not permitted; non-residential uses (retail, events, etc.) are prohibited.

Equipment & Amenities

  • Pools & Spas _(if equipped)_: Use is at the guest’s own risk; no supervision provided; signed liability waiver required.
  • Equipment Reporting: Guests must report any issues within 2 hours of check-in or they may be held responsible.
  • No Refunds for Malfunctions: Issues not reported within the required timeframe may not qualify for adjustments.
  • Noise and occupancy monitoring devices may be installed to ensure compliance.
  • Management may enter when necessary for emergencies, repairs, safety, or compliance.

Checkout & Care

  • Guests must complete an arrival walkthrough and report any issues within 2 hours of check-in.
  • Excessive cleaning, damage, or missing items will be charged via deposit or payment method.

Liability & Disclaimers

  • Use of pools, spas, and recreational features is at the guest’s own risk.
  • Guests may encounter native desert wildlife, including scorpions, snakes, and insects, which are a natural part of the environment. While the home is regularly treated, complete prevention is not possible. Guests are advised to keep doors and windows closed, check personal items, and use caution outdoors—especially at dusk and dawn. No liability is assumed for any wildlife encounters, indoors or outdoors.
  • System & Service Limitations: Certain compliance or screening records may not be shareable due to privacy restrictions.
  • Violations may result in immediate termination, removal, forfeiture of fees, and additional liability for damages or fines.
