Things you need to know
Each residence is fully stocked with linens, towels, paper products, detergent, coffee filters, cleaning products, dish soap, hand soap, and a starter set of shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and body wash.
Each property is equipped with laundry facilities as well as humidifiers, and fans. Kitchens have all the necessary small appliances, cookware, flatware, and dishware.
Baby gear is available for rent.
Two complimentary ski passes during each day of their stay.
Restrictions
Guests & Occupancy
- Age Requirements: Must meet the minimum age requirement stated in the rental agreement (if applicable).
- Maximum Occupancy: Determined by bed size and count; exceeding limits may result in eviction, additional charges, and no refunds.
- Guest Accountability: Primary guest is responsible for all occupants and invitees, including damages, rule violations, and associated costs.
- Approved Use: Residential leisure use only; no commercial use without express written authorization. Must comply with all local laws, HOA/condo rules (if applicable), and community regulations. Damage insurance required through SafelyStay (coverage up to $10,000 contents / $1,000,000 property & bodily injury); any deductible or minimum claim amount is the Guest’s responsibility and will be charged to the payment method on file.
Events & Noise
- Events: Weddings, parties, or gatherings are not permitted without prior written approval. Unauthorized events may result in eviction and/or charges equal to standard event pricing plus $100 per person over occupancy. Immediate termination of the rental agreement may occur for violations.
Prohibited Activities
- Pets: Not allowed unless the property is designated “Pets Considered” or “Pet Friendly” and written approval is obtained. Approval is not guaranteed. Guest responsible for all pet-related damage.
- Smoking/Vaping: Strictly prohibited inside and outside the property, including cigarettes, vaping, and marijuana. Minimum $500 cleaning fee plus liability for damages and nuisance; violation may result in immediate removal without refund.
- Illegal Substances & Conduct: No illegal drugs or unlawful activity. No nuisance, waste, or interference with neighbors.
- Footwear Restrictions: Ski boots prohibited inside except in entryways, ski rooms, or mudrooms. Damage from improper footwear will be charged to Guest.
- Alterations: No repairs, decorating, or alterations by Guest.
Equipment & Amenities
- Pools/Hot Tubs/Spa/Sauna/Steam Room (if equipped): Use at Guest’s own risk. Shower before use to maintain water quality and avoid drain/refill. Exercise caution due to high elevation.
- HOA/Community Amenities (if applicable): Must follow all posted rules regarding noise, smoking, pets, parking, refuse disposal, odors, and common areas.
- Agent Access: Rental Agent may enter in emergencies at any time, or with 24 hours’ notice to inspect, repair, or service the property.
Checkout & Care
- Cleaning: Property will be delivered clean and orderly. Must be left in reasonably clean, orderly condition; excess cleaning charged at actual cost.
- Condition at Departure: Must surrender property in as good condition as received, normal wear and tear excepted.
- Keys & Access Devices: $100 per unreturned key, parking pass, or garage door opener plus actual replacement/re-keying costs.
Liability & Disclaimers
- Amenity Risk: Use of pools, hot tubs, and similar amenities (if equipped) is at Guest’s own risk.
- Construction: Nearby construction may occur and is outside Rental Agent’s control; efforts will be made to provide notice when known.
